Pizza box was left on our sidewalks completely eaten with garbage thrown in the box. The pizza was ordered through the Slice app, and we never received confirmation it was delivered (even hours after the garbage was left on our sidewalks). Absolutely sickening and disrespectful. Slice support confirmed the shop used their own driver and would not issue a refund because they “followed the instructions.” The shop was called, the owner was incredibly rude, and he provided absolutely zero information except that a refund wouldn’t be issued. A refund is the last of my concerns – this is disgusting behavior and the owner should have handled the situation better.
EDIT: Editing my review after the shop responded to this, since I can not reply to their comment. It is relieving and incredibly obvious that Roberto is not the one responding to Google reviews. I appreciate whoever responded to this seeming to care, since every interaction I had with Roberto over the past two days has been honestly kind of mind-blowing with the way he treats people, including sharing a photo of our receipt, my personal phone number, and address on the shop’s public Facebook page (twice, I might add, but the second post is also removed as of a couple hours ago). While whoever responds to these reviews purports a desire of excellent customer service, the man running the shop has displayed zero of the same. I do not want anything “made right.” I do not want any more food (I’d be scared to eat it after the madness of the past two days), and I do not want a refund. At this point all I am doing is providing information for potential patrons – stay away from this man and shop.

My coworkers and I dropped in for a quick lunch. We ordered an order of garlic knots and a large cheese pizza.
The garlic knots were tasty and not chewy. A little more garlic would have been better.
The pie arrived and the first I noticed when I lifted the slice was the “droop”. I am not a fan of the droop. The slice was on the thin side, but the slice had good mix of cheese and sauce, slightly favoring the sauce, which is a plus for me. The crust was tasty. The pie was cooked, but not charred nor burnt.
Other than being on the thin side, it was a good tasting pizza.

Really like their pizza and crust.
Love their crispy wings dry and dip in sauce at home.
Meatballs, meat sauce and vodka sauce are wonderful on pasta.
Also enjoy their lasagna a lot.

The service, food and atmosphere is very good.
I wish I had pictures, but the food is really good to let sitting ! Everything I ordered has balanced flavors. The steak rolls are outstanding compared to anyone else, there so soft and fluffy like, I just love them.

Pizza was very good (top 5 on my list), crust was nice and crispy from the crust to the center. Service was fast. Would recommend stopping and grabbing a slice.

Quick food. Kids loved their cheesesteaks. Within 20 minutes of our entrance to the Appalachian Trail so we took our food to go and what we didn’t finish we reheated at home. Cooked up a second time just as delicious! And the air conditioning inside felt great on a hot day! And they have Dr. Pepper. ♡

Can’t own up the their own actions. Terrible management and people. Posting customers personal information on public pages. Take your money elsewhere. There are MUCH better shops in the area that do right by their customers.
