I ordered a PB Swizzle Bowl. The picture below is what I received after I had to inform the person working that she had left multiple items out of the bowl. I waited almost 20 minutes on this bowl be completed. I visit this location often and I’ve never received an item that was just thrown together like my food was today. I’m highly disappointed and unsatisfied with how my experience went today.

Nothing worse than an employee acknowledging you walk in the door and then disappear to the back. These two ladies were in the front one appeared to be finishing up her sweeping when she said Hello to me. I replied hello back thinking she is setting the broom down to come back and take my order. I asked the gentleman who was assisting another customer and cleaning while their smoothie was blending if she was coming back. He looked to the back and said he would help me.
While he was fixing my smoothie I looked to the back and took this photo of the 2 having a social gathering and applying lipgloss in the back while he was doing all the work. This location is hit and miss emphasis on the miss part. With staff like this, I can see why. I recommend going to another location.

My experience here was wonderful. The staff were kind, attentive, and very competent. Even when it gets busy, they make sure to always make your order right. One of the staff, Isabella, was especially kind. She answered all of my questions and brought me my smoothie in a timely manner. In addition, this place was by far the cleanest Smoothie King I have been to. The counters were cleaned and stocked, and the bathrooms were spotless. This will be my go to smoothie place from now on.

Special thanks to Faith for some of the greatest customer service I have ever had! She was very kind, polite, and attentive. I got the strawberry banana smoothie and it was delicious! I will definitely be coming back. Faith’s service was hands down 10/10!

Went in for my smoothies I ordered online waited 30 mins for them, when I received them they both was wrong after 30.00 later I have contacted this store with no manager available, called the store his employee who over and over expressed to all customers she had no clue what she was doing told me he was at guess what NO manager there either! Have called corporate and guess what no call back there yet either !! Never go to the Simpsonville location clearly no one cares about there job nor customers and when you call to fix the issue no one is available!! DO BETTER

I went there today to bring my husband who’s working at home a smoothie and us smoothies for lunch I asked the guy working there for 2 pumpkin coffee Friday specials in plastic cups like we get every week and two kids smoothies. He charged me for all that and then didn’t know how to use the cash register charged me twice I added two meat stocked when the blonde person came over. I go to wait for our drinks my kids drinks come first and then she says mine are up the other girl brings over smalls in a foam cup I say this is not what I ordered I ordered Friday specials and pointed to what I ordered on the order pickup display the size I ordered. I talked nice at first and they refused to fix the order and they got nasty with me so I got nasty with them back they were the nastiest mannered people working in a food service I have ever met and I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years! All I asked was for my order and they would not fix it and then they wanted to charge me for a third time it shouldn’t be 30-40 dollars for two Friday orders and two kids drinks. I have contacted corporate also.

0/10 employees. Especially the managers. Very odd women in there, they will call your personal phone after you no longer work for them and try to harass you. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this specific location, I’d rather get a smoothie from somewhere else the management is an absolute mess at the location.
