I decided to try something new today and chose this place. I made a big mistake. The first red flag: I ordered online, and when I went to pick it up, they had no blueberry or cinnamon bagels. Why did they still allow you to order it if it wasn’t available? Against my better judgement, I proceeded with the order and just got one plain bagel and one with the egg, ham, and cheese. The bagels are flavorless trash; no type of butter or seasoning is to be found. The bagel is so dry and hard I could probably use it as a weapon or a Frisbee. I was also supposed to receive a free smear (which I thought was strawberry cream cheese, and it was actually jelly). I didn’t realize this until I had already made it home, and they charged me $2.06 for two small things of strawberry jam, and the sad thing is it did absolutely nothing to improve the taste of the bag. Do yourself a favor and buy some bagels from the grocery store; it’ll be cheaper and you can cook them yourself.

Pros – all staff members are extremely nice. It’s always clean inside. They are fast at getting orders out whether your order through the app or just drop by on a whim. Their food is delicious & they are always generous in their filling. It’s also nice to have outdoor seating.
Cons – we’ve been here quite a few times recently, just the other week I started using the app (which is easy), but they seem to be out of a variety of bagels at times. Twice the country gravy bagel, one time I asked what did they have as substitute & was told just plain. In these instances, it wasn’t even close their hour of closing. Limited space, two of the tables are wobbley.
We’ll still be back, but hope they can keep bagels better stocked.

I loyal costumer from this franchise and subsidiary like noa’s bagels and I loved when I found this place close to my workplace, but is low on bagels, the workers started arguing about something on front of me and when I looked at her stopped, the bagel I ordered was the same as the noa’s bagel but this was cold everything except the eggs looks like the put everything from the cold line to the bagel and don’t warm it enough so by the time I get the eggs was little warm to cold, I think with better management or new employees can change that I will try it again at different time and day

Extremely unprofessional. I checked the hours and arrived at 6:05 AM, but the doors were still locked. Two employees were inside and completely ignored me while I knocked. When one finally opened the door, she had a terrible attitude and snapped that they were “only two minutes late.” Actually, they were over five minutes late—and being ignored by staff just to be met with rudeness is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I was uber excited to see you guys in my neighborhood…however, I was extremely disappointed in the service. The cashiers were very polite and friendly but my food came out wrong so I sent it back to only get in the car to see that there’s cross contamination for sure considering there was guacamole all over my food and the containers of the items I asked to go on the side. I also paid for extra salmon which I didn’t get compared to the first sandwich I was served. The cooks just didn’t seem to care about the quality of the food they put out. I will be requesting a refund.

Very fresh bagels!
Stopped in and tried the brisket bagel and farmhouse bagel.
Brisket bagel was very fresh and tasty same for Farmhouse bagel.
I ate my bagel in vehicle and it wasn’t messy at all.
Of course, the bagels didn’t look like pictures, but they’re still good.
