WOW What a disappointment! 07/07/2025 Today at 1::00 pm went to eat and the doors were locked, no notification anywhere on the building, could see employee working the drive thru but, no attempt to communicate to customers what’s going on. So this time as last time I drove across to Captain D’s food and service was Great.
Love Long John Silver’s but I’ll not be back.
PS… 4 other people eating at Captain D’s came here from you restaurant.

The food was hot, and really good ! My daughter and I were there today. May 1, 2023.The gentleman that cooked the food. I started my order the guy was talking and his voice changed after I asked him to repeat what he said,then he says ( what you need m’ama and after that he said ain’t that what I just said in a aggravation tone! ) I told him I couldn’t hear him due to the traffic passing through we get to the window I said hello, with a smile to the guy I said were you the one fussing? ( He said how that go be me and I don’t have a headset). He then turns to get our food you could see his elbow Black and ashy on sides of his hands including his knuckles deeply ashy the elbow looking like tar and I thought someone had fallen I saw the guy getting our food reached down and grabbed a arm that was a toddler a few seconds later the guy from the back came picked the toddler up and walked to the front. And, your food is placed in a to go container thats cool. But, it leaves me to wonder how long has this type of actions have been going on.. the food was fresh just had just been fried. But, attitudes snapping at the customers.

I’m eating a two piece fish with a shrimp add on and the meal was great. The shrimp was succulent and crispy. The fish was prepared fresh. The only down fall in my opinion is the decoration/ tile has become worn. But if you don’t mind broken tiles and worn off logos, they keep this location really tidy during the lunch rush. I think there were 3 people working on my visit, but they worked harmoniously and the manager worked just as hard alongside his coworkers. I was surprised at how good the sweet tea tasted. It seemed to have been brewed just minutes before I arrived. Great stop for lunch!

I had the fish and chicken platter with fries and corn. Everything was just ok. I guess I’m just not that big of a fan of this type of grub. More seasoning would definitely help.

Only giving four stars because I absolutely love the food here for some weird odd random reason. If I was rating on customer service I would say maybe a 3. Pull up to the drive-through the guy says hello and that was it after waiting a few awkward seconds I say are you guys ready for my order and he’s like yeah go ahead. So I place my order with no complications I get to the window and the lady gives me my food. No expression no nothing just here you go kind of service.

The food was fresh and hot. The ladies at the counter were very friendly and helpful. The restroom was very clean as well as the dinning area. Thank you for a pleasant lunch time experience!!!
