Updated review: I hate to have to change my review to a bad review but for me to have to check who’s working before I order is ridiculous. Today I ordered the special New Yorker Pizza with extra sauce and as you can see in the picture, it barely has any sauce. The reason for me asking for extra sauce is because I’ve had an issue with the pizza not having enough sauce. And here we are again with the same issue. I’d hate to have to take my business elsewhere. Please get it right.

We were recently visiting friends in the area and decided at the last minute to order from this Pizza Hut location, and it turned out to be a great experience. The pizza was fresh, hot, and made exactly the way we ordered it. Hailey took our order, and she was very pleasant and professional—she even repeated everything back to ensure it was correct, which we really appreciated. For a pickup-only location, the service and quality were excellent. We would definitely order from here again.

They have the Best Pizza & wings around. Everything is ALWAYS so hot, Delicious & our order is always correct. The employees that work there is so kind & AWESOME! The lady who answered the phone (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name) but she is the sweetest person ever. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this Pizza Hut. Definitely #1 in our book. I wish everyone had employees like this Pizza Hut has, life would be so much better.

Myself and my family have been so happy Milford has finally got a Pizza Hut. As loyal customers since the day they have opened, we have grown to love the staff. Candace in particular has been the best and the most kindest, sweetest and out going person I’ve ever met. Even under pressure. Honestly she should be the General Manager. Today we found out she will be switching stores and going to Seaford. I am so upset to see her leave. She’s the best they have that treats everyone like family. Don’t think it’s a good idea, just my opinion. She’s left a mark in the Milford community. Please don’t stay away long Candace as Milford residence and customers will miss you. From the Green Family we appreciate all you have done over the year. Greatly will be missed.

Well, Pizza Hut in Milford had done me wrong a few times and I was frustrated. It was like something was always wrong with my order when I got home, but they always made it right. So this last time I ordered, my order was correct, down to the dipping sauces! Everything was cooked perfectly, and everyone here was happy. I hope you guys worked on your QC and this is what we will expect from now on because it was great! I had to come on here and share the positive too. If you have issues with Pizza Hut, just reach out. They’ll help you, and then give them another chance.

Food was awesome as always. Order ready in the time they told us it would be. The app is difficult to navigate and I have had difficulty “signing in.” Made several attempts and was never able to log in, even though my email and phone number were recognized.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Candace at Pizza Hut! She went above and beyond during my visit. You could clearly see her taking great leadership guiding her team with confidence, keeping everything running smoothly, and still taking the time to make sure customers felt taken care of. The store was steady, but thanks to her direction, everything was organized and efficient. It’s rare to see someone balance leadership and customer service so well, but Candace truly did. She definitely made my experience a great one!
