Subs looked absolutely amazing picture perfect. Service was fast. Tasted delicious. It is really big and nice in there. Family friendly also. My two toddlers were running around and they weren’t phased. Would recommend. Almost didnt go due to reviews I read on here. I say… give it a chance!!

Ordered 2 6inch subs of elite cbr with extra bacon. There was so little chicken on these subs that I feel like there was maybe enough for 1 6inch if you are lucky. This was absolutely ridiculous for what you pay for. I won’t be back.

Service was absolutely terrible the blonde lady that was not working the register through all of my stuff on the counter After having to chase me out and tell me that they gave me the wrong food first of all, it’s not my problem, but then to be disrespectful to me after I was the one that was understanding is absolutely unacceptable Having an attitude with a pregnant woman is already one thing, but did we just be doing it just because you don’t like your job is another thing

All in all, and yes including Women’s bathroom only as Men’s was not available due to maintenance. The women’s bathroom was clean and tidy as was the rest of the establishment. Fountain lemonade almost completely empty and the juice next to it was completely gone and we arrived about 2 pm. Service was clean and friendly also. All in all a good meal and experience.

Food is good. Service is less than par. Online orders should not come before people standing in line. People were walking out before they ordered due to the long wait. My 70 year old relatives could have moved faster than the help in the restaurant!

I asked for extra meat and got way to much. All I could taste was the meat. No bread or vegs just meat. Wanted ice tea and had nine made and asked to make it and she said she was going yet. I would have waited. not the best service but they have done better in the past. Storm Lake
