If you like chicken and I mean fresh cooked to order chicken……try this place out! Had the box dinner and it was plenty for two…great value for the $$ , especially these days!!

Service: Fantastic. Attentive. Quick. We felt bad that staff had to stand outdoors to take orders all day though. Hopefully they eventually transition to using the speakers like every other food chain.
Atmosphere: No complaints. It’s a new restaurant, so everyone is excited and everything is clean and for the most part, organized.
Food: Left a bit to be desired. The bread needed to be toasted and though the taste was good, it was doughy. Chicken fingers were breaded and fried nicely, but could use more seasoning and the fries were unfortunately not very crispy. The Cane’s sauce was good though! We did enjoy dipping the chicken in that.
Overall, we’d give them another try, but probably when the local hype has settled down.

We had the BEST experience at Raising Cane’s in La Crosse, Wisconsin! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you hope for when you go to Cane’s — but what truly stood out was the manager.
We were eating outside with our puppy, enjoying the beautiful day, when our dog decided it was the perfect time to poop in the garden area next to where we were sitting Of course we were embarrassed and scrambling to handle it, but the manager was absolutely incredible. He laughed with us (not at us!), was so kind, understanding, and reassuring, and made what could have been an awkward situation feel completely okay.
It’s rare to find leadership that handles unexpected moments with that much grace and warmth. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and creating a welcoming environment.
Great food is one thing — but great people make all the difference. We’ll definitely be back!

Worst experience. I used their app to order. On the confirmation page there’s a button that says “get directions” and opens up Google maps. It took me to the wrong location. It took me to some random house 7 miles south of their store.
I’m not from the area so I had no idea where I was going or that it was the completely wrong direction.
By the time I drove back to get my order I was almost a half hr late. I notified the manager who was probably not older than 25 at most. He didn’t seem concerned and just said “it’s a new feature, sometimes it just does that”
It would’ve been nice if they would have offered to remake my food fresh because of their apps mistake but they didn’t so I just took my food and left.
I paid $13 for my meal and what I was served was pretty pathetic.
0/10 will recommend not going to this place to everyone I know.

Tenders were small and the fry portion was as well. Too loud of an atmosphere yelling orders and the using the PA systems sometimes which was really annoying. Too bad they can’t have a number system like Culver’s and bring you your food. For the people that say the chicken strips have no flavor I say add salt…. Bam you got flavor. Have to pay extra for sauce even for dine in.

Arrived at restaurant at 12:15 PM on 9/22/2025. Understandably they were very busy and it was raining. People were trying to find seating. One 4 person booth was occupied by an employee doing paperwork and scrolling on her phone. We were there until about 1:00 PM and she never left the booth. People were coming in and leaving because there was no place open to sit inside. Putting yourself over your customers is not a good business practice!

This Is Top #5 Best Fast Food Chains no doubt. The Cane’s sauce is so good. And the Texas Toast is perfect. There Fries are good too and the Chicken. But Raising Cane’s needs more praise. They are so good and are very popular. I will be back soon Cane’s. Thanks for the Delicious Food.

The foods alright…just alright. Its yummy, dont get me wrong, the chicken and fries and toast are all cooked well, its just that theres no seasoning on anything besides salt. The canes sauce isnt half bad, but theres no other source of flavor besides that. However if youre in the mood for just some simple, uncomplicated chicken tenders and fries, this is the place for you. However, I personally would prefer some more depth of flavor. To each their own I suppose

First time ever trying Raising Cane’s. What did I think? Meh… there’s no seasoning on the chicken or the breading. The coleslaw is not good, but I’m not a coleslaw guy anyways. The fries are generic soggy fries with no crispness to it. The only good thing is the bread…and the sauce. I won’t go out of my way or wait in line for an hour to get some. Truth is, Kwik Trip’s chicken tenders are way better. Skip the line, go to KT.
