Fresh, consistently good food over the 7 years I’ve frequented this Papa Murphy’s location. The main entree they sell is pizza. They make the dough and put the ingredients on the pizza. You take the pizza home and bake it. They also have cookie dough and salads. I would give them 5+ stars on the freshness of the salads. Caesar Salad is my favorite. There is usually one in the open fridge when I walk in, so I grab it, pay, and I’m out the door. Rarely is there a line at the time of day I typically visit.

John, you’re a very confrontational owner. While people are not perfect, mistakes in cooking your pizza happen. No, apology for the way the huge bubbles on my pizza turned out, as it “was my fault.” How about considering to place all instructions where applicable for certain pizza crusts. I like to support a local business and never had issues with “huge bubbles” before, it will be awhile before I come back, thanks to your hostile and insulting persona. Your pizza is higher than Domino’s for goodness sake. Thanks for the unwelcoming and confrontational experience. Oh and thanks for the free pizza. I won’t be eating that considering your attitude.

This is a take and bake pizza place. They have plenty of options available. Including $10.99 any large pizza on the menu plus a create your own with up to 5 toppings on Tuesdays. They have salads and dessert options.

I do not recommend this location in White Bear, near Mahtomedi- they do not support their local coupons and are extremely unprofessional. I presented a Boy Scouts coupon card which lists this location as a supporter, good for 20% off $25 or more , expiring 6/30/25. I ordered $29.00 worth of pizza and I presented the coupon to the cashier and she said she could not accept it because it had the old logo on it. It was not a corporate coupon, it was a card to support boy scouts. I smiled at her and tried to explain how there must be a misunderstanding since it is a local card that the establishment must have agreed to… At that point 2 other employees came behind her and started telling me that she could not accept the coupon due to the old logo, and raising their voices. I took my pizza and left and I will not be back. I don’t need to pay a business to have employees treat me that way. Choose a different Papa Murphy’s location.

There were computer problems for me to order online so I stopped in. Two hard working gals were very professional. By the time I finished paying my pizza was ready!
6-29-25; additionally Papa Murphy’s push notifications for BOGO are a bait and switch. Those are the things that pop up on your phone. The web ordering feature is very very confusing. It appears to be meant that way because when I entered BOGO in the apply coupon for a second time!, it would not take it!!! I refused the second time to place my order after they wanted ALL MY INFORMATION TO ORDER from me, of course including my credit card number that I had saved in their system, because they did not give me buy one get one free!!!!!!!
I went down to the location iron county e and they accommodated me. I’m very annoyed and disgusted with the online ordering system. I would love to meet with the person who designs the program of this system, and I’m very very sure it’s somebody who has not been around the block one time, and lovingly work hand in hand with them to explain the simplicity of KISS! Keep It Simple Silly! The store was very accommodating even though I had to sit and WAIT!
