Posting again because looks like they had my review removed clearly customer service isn’t their goal. Pulled in yesterday at 7:21 the open light was on when they saw me they rushed to turn off the open light and sprinted to the door to lock it. Made eye contact with the employee and she just shook her head no. Mind you their posted hours are 9pm. If you can’t maintain your hours change your sign on your door and online but comical that they removed this post AND sprinted to a door so they didn’t have work during posted business hours. Will not be returning and hope the owner knows that the employees here aren’t working for them.

This place is awful first of all I always call and go pick it up and pay and when I did that and got there, they would already have the order rang up. All I would have to do is get my debit card ready not in this case, when I arrived, she rang it up, even though I already told her my order over the phone proceeded to pay for my order and she did not charge me for the right size drink she didn’t listen at all and got offered and said i didn’t talk to you like I care? Then she tried to make me pay again A little more extra for the large size drank and then finally someone came over and finally gave me what I’ve been asking for I also got a 10 inch sandwich and they cut it into twos they never do that it’s always three like these people just genuinely suck at their job.

My wife went to grab some Romanburgers for the workers at our house. This place was fast and efficient. And the food was FANTASTIC! She said the gentlemen there was extremely helpful explaining the different sizes and options! Highly recommend! 5/5!

I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with the food and staff at this particular store. The manager Shannon is so nice, and its staff in general strives for excellence in customer service. Plus the tables, kitchen, and bathroom are always in clean condition. 5/5 on all accounts.

I called ahead at 7:30 to be sure their posted hours of 8:00 where correct and to politely order ahead rather than showing up too soon before closing time. The employee told me they close “right now” and that I couldn’t put in an order.
I asked him if they closed early all the time and he confirmed. Please be advised any potential customers. They close at 7:30 rather than the posted hours and apparently don’t want business.

This place reuses old food for orders. They stole money from me and refuse to refund it. This was their response to me:
“Sorry for inconvenience first of all it’s not true you called store 25 minutes later you placed order we can not cancel order after we prepared food and when you came to store we can’t give you 40 minutes old food we have to make new food you were not ready to wait for 5 minutes to get fresh food thanks for your understanding”
This is a BLATANT lie. I was at the restaurant and they did not have my food prepared because THEY WERE REUSING THE FOOD that they had prepared for other orders and when I asked to cancel they refused. After I had paid $20.77 I was literally in their lobby and they would not give me my food and they would not give me a refund. You can see from Management’s response that they are 100% admitting to this. And yet I’m still sitting here with no refund and I never received my food.
They say that I didn’t want to wait 5 minutes for food, this is absolutely untrue I was in the lobby arguing for more than 5 minutes, at the end she told me I was not even allowed to get my food that I had to leave empty-handed and the owner would be in touch to give me my refund which was a complete lie. I knew I was getting absolutely nowhere with her so I just left. I’m going to create an account every single day and leave a one star review on here until you refund me my money.
You literally STOLE FROM ME. Congratulations, you’re about to tank your business rating on Google over 20 dollars

Great experience! Absolutely no wait time (ok, I admit I ordered ahead by phone). Great service by Shannon. Food was waiting when I arrived. 1 cheesesteak, and 1 original Italian sub. Both were hot, and very good. Being brand new, the space was extra clean. Great addition to the neighborhood! We’ll be back!
