I’ve been here several times over the years and I’ve always had a pleasant experience! Even when they’re busy, the staff still acknowledges you. There was one lady today who was super busy by herself. She apologized for being so busy. But she still served two other customers and me quickly and efficiently!
She confirmed what we wanted on our subs and made them correctly.

Very nice people working when I visited. Of course, the sandwich is the same as every other subway, but people are always the difference. This location was clean and remodeled (appeared to be). They are doing road construction, but there is parking in the back and an entrance.

Been going to this subway for a long time. Absolutely love the people that work there. Brian is my FAVORITE, and truly feels like a sandwich artist. Love how I can park in the back and avoid the Main Street traffic. Never had such good service than this Subway right here.

Employees are rarely friendly, always make us wait a while without saying a word, and seem aggravated we are even there. The last time we went, the guy made us wait several minutes without saying a word, then barely spoke to us because he was too busy complaining–in front of us–about customers who don’t have their order figured out before coming in. I’m sorry, but you don’t criticize customers in front of other customers. Very unprofessional. I don’t like feeling like a problem for giving a company business.

Talked even when the service was over and made me wait over 20 min while they were done. Then someone had cut in line and instead of apologising and servicing the next customer properly she got should. Told me hes just a kid. And to let him skip. Well grown ups got stuff to do too like get back to work.
So she decided to get heated and argue and yell back with me. This is unacceptable customer service. Ill be going to the subway on alrington from now on.

Borderline rude employees, i guess unfriendly would be a good description. The older blonde female employee always seems to be having a rough day. The veggies had definitely seen better days.
