Clean restaurant with good service. The Reuben was good, but had room for improvement – the components weren’t evenly distributed throughout the sandwich, negatively impacting flavor (important with the strong flavors, as it was most of the sandwich tasted of sauerkraut or pastrami; rather than a Reuben the pairing of the two together). Very moist pastrami and there was a healthy amount of it on the sandwich).

First time eating at McAlister’s and very pleasantly surprised. This is NOT Subway! Even though it was technically fast food, it felt like I was eating a homemade artisanal sandwich! The bread was amazing, and the quantity of meat and cheese puts Panera to shame. They even use the fancy European lettuce. The staff was friendly and the place was full of nice local families with well-behaved children. I’ll definitely eat McAlister’s again!

Very clean restaurant. Nice friendly staff. Fresh hot food. Excellent service. Just a heads up, the nacho basket and ultimate nachos are not made the same way. I thought the nacho basket was an ultimate nacho, just without avocado and sour cream, etc. I have a picture of it here. Warm inviting atmosphere. We are happy to have McAllister’s in West Plains! We will be back!

I’ve ate their BLT-A, with a soup, when it first opened and I thought it was pricy, but good food. Tonight I visited for a potato soup and grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was luke-warm, like it had been pulled from a pile of warmer sandwiches that have sat for at least an hour, and the soup was watery and gross. I would have called and demanded a refund, but seeing as I am at work, that hassle would take up too much time on the clock for me to deal with tonight, so I’m a little furious about this experience and the nearly $12 I wasted on a meal I would say is worth maybe $4, since I had to force myself to eat it. I will definitely never go back again. It’s a shame that it’s gone so downhill in such a short amount of time. I didn’t even get a pickle either, which would have probably been the only thing appetizing about this meal.

So the 2 girls at the front Taylor and JoJo are the sweetest, loving, caring, most down to earth people I have met in food service in a long time!!! Not gunna lie the food is amazing, alittle pricey but so good, but ultimately the best part of going in there and waiting on my food is the great personality and conversation with the girls! Also the manager Dakota is an absolute SWEETHEART! Very kind, and Professional, honestly them 3 girl need rasies!!!!

I’ve ate here 3x since they opened. The last time my sandwich was wrong (DoorDash order). I called the manager who was very apologetic and truly sounded disappointed it happened! She fixed the issue and made sure I was a happy customer!❤️ will be back again

Came after creating a mobile order around dinner time. They were under staffed and food took 20 minutes longer than anticipated ready time on mobile order. Others there were waiting 30min or longer. On a previous visit, when they were busy, we were in and out quickly. Front employee struggled to prep mobile order forgetting an item and confused why she had to make my drink. Employees were kind just unprepared and overwhelmed for dinner time. In this time café was not taken care of at all.

The food and customer service were great, and the atmosphere was perfect for a college student. There were plenty of outlets and enough space to comfortably get work done. Definitely a solid spot to eat and study.

Had a big order. One of my kids ordered the Rachel and it came with no cheese. Ordered a kids meal for my son and it was missing his fruit and cookie. My husband requested vinaigrette dressing and he got ranch. Yes I should have checked more before driving off as we live 40 minutes away, but come on. Trying to call the store back keep getting busy tone on the line. We had a lot of drinks, cashier offered to put it on a plastic bag for us as no drink carriers.
I called last week and was told they would refund me. Checking bank account no refund came in. Trying to call the store and constant busy tones.
