This is our second time visiting this restaurant. What a good discovery! The first time we ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and an Italian beef dipped. I can’t say enough about how good, fresh and hot it was. The fries were fried perfectly unlike some restaurants who slightly undercook them. On the second visit, we ordered the chicken crispy Parmesan with marinara and an Italian beef combination dipped. Again, delicious! Although everything was good, we enjoyed the buffalo chicken sandwich more than the Parmesan with marinara sauce. We probably won’t order the Parmesan chicken sandwich again. However, I would say I would’ve liked more marinara sauce. if you’re in the area, I would say give try them out. They have a limited time special now where you get 20 whole wings for $20 and I believe that comes with fries. The total for tonight’s meal was just under $28. That was a little bit more than what we would normally spend at our other favorite place, Jimmy’s on Sibley as well.

I ordered a BOGO Italian Beef on UE and received two sandwiches without cheese and one didn’t have any hot peppers. This restaurant is running a scam. I do not recommend. I will NEVER order from this place ever again in my life. This place is complete trash.

Did a DoorDash order and I guess the cashier forgot to put my sauces in the bag again. this happened before, I let it slide but it happened again. Overall my food has always been fresh, shout out to the cook

this my third time there first two times was decent I had a chicken sandwich the first time Western chicken pretty good had a Philly original with the melted cheese whiz decent third time Western cheeseburger terrible undercooked pink in the inside no flavor no season can’t even taste the hamburger and I had bacon on it shakes are really terrible when they say milkshake that’s exactly what they give you milk no ice cream mixed I don’t give a fake reviews I give the truth my homie had ti microwave his Burger to make sure it was done all the way and it don’t even cover the bun so small the fries were small no tray small brown paper bag with a tiny burger and a tiny fry y’all tripping SMH $25.77 down the drain

Frankie’s is one of those places you try once and immediately understand why people swear by it. I ordered a hot dog and an Italian beef with hot peppers, and both were incredible. The hot dog had that classic snap and flavor, and the Italian beef was tender, juicy, and full of heat from the peppers.
The fries were awesome. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and you can tell they come out fresh every time. Honestly, everything I tried tasted like it was made with real care.
Frankie’s gives you great food, great portions, and that true Chicago feel. It is easily one of the best spots around, and I’m already looking forward to going back.

Went here for the first time to get a Smashburger and a ribeye steak sandwich they were both horrible on the Smashburger. There were no tomatoes and the patties were super thin for the ribeye. The steak was hard as a brick and it smelt burnt. It was disgusting I will never come back here a waste of money
