Amazing cocktails and service! The bartenders are some of the nicest girls ever. They’re very knowledgeable about the menu and also the history of the building (it’s an old movie theatre!) Not too expensive either.

Pretty good spot. Great drink list and wonderful cocktails. We wanted more but had other plans that maybe included more drinking and we drink responsibly. 😉 The reason for one less star is when I asked of they did smoked drinks the answer from the bartender was a condescending “not really”…which didn’t answer the question even. Small thing but a turn off.

Fun, well-designed distillery in downtown Marquette in the former home of the Nordic Theater, of which the original deco marquee was painstakingly restored as documented in the film “Marqueetown,” Fantastic drinks and great service – they also allow dogs! It’s worth going in just to see the old restored deco theater space where they currently do distillery operations. Highly recommend!

Rented the disrepute room in November for a surprise birthday party (sorry I took so long to post a review!). Fantastic! Every step of the way the staff was helpful and fun! The party was themed around comic books, Lily was fantastic helping me create signature cocktails to go with the comic book theme. I gave her my ideas and she made drinks to match, sent me photos of the drinks so I could make signs. The staff even helped hang a few of my decorations (I’m vertically challenged). The space was perfect! The drinks fantastic! The service phenomenal! If I ever need a rental space again I wouldn’t hesitate to book at The Honorable Distillery!

It’s a nice place, don’t get me wrong. Just nothing spectacular. All the spirits here are good, nothing is bad. Best value I’ve seen is the flight. Nice clean atmosphere, vibe is chill. Maple Pecan Rye Whiskey is the best thing I’ve found on the menu.

Building architecture was good, ambiance was great. It is good to see a distillery in downtown Marquette! They have some collection of cocktails and neat spirits. They also offer tasting samples of the Gin, Vodka, Bourbon and Rye. We had the Bourbon and Rye neat and it was okay. The cocktail though was refreshing, we had the seasonal punch draft.

I was visiting Marquette for an interview and decided to stop in to the distillery. It was a wonderful experience! The staff were lovey, super friendly and informative. The building is beautiful and very cool, the history was so neat and the efforts to preserve the original theater are well done. The whiskey is young and not amazing for drinking on its own but that’s okay because the gin and the drinks are amazing!! I wish I had more space in my luggage to bring home a bottle of the gin. The drinks I had were flavorful and beautifully presented. The staff were working on some new drinks and shared tastes, all I can say is I wish I was staying until next week so I could order them! I will for sure be back! I also loved their commitment to sourcing local ingredients and ethical production. It is always nice to find a place that has good products and a mission you can feel good about supporting! If you visit Marquette and like cocktails this place is a must to visit.

A downtown gem. The bartender (Cole, when I went) was awesome and friendly, and the drinks tasty. There’s no beer, but you can get non-alcoholic mixed drinks.

Built within the old theater of town, The Honorable Distillery is a welcome new addition to Marquette. The distillery offers upscale cocktails, made with their own distilled liquors ranging from vodka to absinthe. The drinks we got were good! The bartenders were kind and seemed to know what they were doing. I’d definitely stop again.
