This is the 3rd time I received the wrong beverage I ordered on the mobile app. I understand it was a very busy morning BUT the only thing correct thing about my beverage was it was an iced macha latte. I go to this location almost everyday before work, drive across town & drop quite a bit of $$ every month. After this morning I’m contemplating going there anymore. At the drive thru I was handed 1 of 3 items I ordered. I told the woman the 2 other items I ordered & she acted like I wasn’t telling the truth! I got the next item & then told her I still was missing the 3rd item. Finally got it & raced over to work. Then I realized the iced Macha latte was NOT correct & the fruit & cheese box expired yesterday. Needless to say, not a good start to the morning & I’m very disappointed.

Just wanted to mention Chelsea and Sophia they’re both true assets to this Starbucks!! They’re so kind and sweet I barely ever come here but when I do I always get me some coffee,I’d love to come here very often, I absolutely hope they’re being treated with kindness and respect the same way they treat their customers!!! ❤️ you guys are the best!!!

My girlfriend, all of our friends, and myself included all come to this Starbucks for our drinks not only because it’s convenient but because the service is top notch. EVERY employee I’ve met here (namely Joe Eva and Kathy today for their exceptional service) has always taken care of us to the best of their ability. I often come here to get drinks for others and and on occasion myself and there has never been a time that I have been upset with their service, and if I do have any problems they solve it instantaneously. To be honest with you I’ve always been quite content with their service but today was the day I decided to say something. Thank you for hiring such exceptional people and for making everyday – not just the holidays – great.

The barista who made my Soy toffee nut latte was very nice. My latte was hot, creamy with just a little bit of foam- not easy to achieve with soy milk! This is in a Target Starbucks!!

I asked for three frappes with almond milk
The caramel was like just crushed ice with whipped cream !!!
And the vanilla one sweeter as I asked but
The milk probably was expired !!!
Felt bad spending all this money for nothing!!!
Some young ladies helping the times that I’ve been there but with that kind of attitude like they don’t feel good working there.
One time I told the lady what I wanted extra for my Frappuccino and she didn’t even answer and I have to ask her if she listened to what I said ( she said yes )
That’s not kind !!!
Also It’s not first time !!!!!
Probably not going there anymore !!!
Gave 4 stars so hopefully they take care more of future customers later as I don’t like to make anybody look bad !!

I asked for a short oleato latte. It was very watered down and they gave me a grande instead. Not worth the money spent and consistently their drinks have been terrible. The Starbucks in Chester is much better.

Asked for a Tall Chai Latte with half pumps – should be 1.5 pumps. Guy at register writes it on the side of the cup. Get the drink, turns out the guy wrote 5 pumps; quite a lot of flavor for a 12 oz drink. Had to water it down with more milk when I got home.

I am not sure what happened with this Starbucks but it’s getting worse and worse, I am just sitting here in the car right in front of it it’s 3:30pm and they are closed (the are workers inside) but the door is locked and it’s says that they open until 8:30pm. So many people literally just passing drive through right now and leaving because they decided to close on Saturday. This is not the first time that I am coming here to get coffee and they close early.
