Ordered at 530. Delivery was supposed to be 620 to 630. I recieved my pizza at 710. The driver got out of the car, lit his cigarette, and then grabbed my food. Walks up to the house with his cigarette in his mouth to give it to me. If you are going to be late don’t take time to spark one up before grabbing my food. Definitely don’t come to my door with it in your mouth to deliver my food. Try to call the store and no one would answer the phone.

Have always been very pleased with the service. Usually just pick up because it’s easier and close. Tonight I decided to have delivery to the boardwalk at Bethany. Ordered my delivery at 5:30, the gentleman was there at 5:31! And on a busy weekend.

Ordered on a Friday, large order. They had one person during the day to handle everything. These people are overworked to the core, and I see why the service is terrible for most people.
After looking at other reviews, it seems nobody can understand the level of business this place is receiving. 100+ orders in less than 5 hours and everybody expects their order in 30 minutes. Maybe don’t trust the website that spews a random number when ordering online. The “call center” that takes orders also don’t understand the actual wait time. Seems like corporate doesn’t give a damn about their workers
4th of July is coming up, so don’t be surprised if you get your food an hour or more after ordering. They have to hire more people to keep up with this heavy business nowadays, i hope they can do that.

Not the worst Papa John’s, but in the past 10 years customer service has lacked. My guess is because there’s hardly any competition. Disappointing though based on the countless awful scenarios I’ve been in with management here. I keep going back every few years because the dough is just great. But customer service is still awful. Maybe one day they’ll get a decent manager. Maybe if they paid better. Who knows.
