the older women behind the cash register was very rude to me, would not speak to me. was super passive aggressive and acted like I was an idiot for tapping my card without telling her what I was using to pay. even though she did not ask. Along with refused to give me a water cup. She then started loudly complaining about me to the costumers behind me overall just unfriendly and unprofessional.

This is part of the food court in the UMass campus center. The que line can be awkward in a wheelchair and the parking garage has lots of signed spaced but none of them meet any accessibility codes. I liked the food and the lively energy of the place.
