A true gem in Santa Catalina! OSMA impresses with modern French cuisine that is spot on – creative, seasonal, and incredibly flavorful. Every dish was perfectly balanced, full of depth, yet wonderfully light. The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail are outstanding.

This is a real gem and exactly what Palma was needing. The space is well designed featuring pieces from local artisans. Exquisite French cuisine made with thoughtfully (and locally) sourced ingredients. The chef, Javier is passionate about what he does and it’s gracefully evident in every dish that hits the table. Delicious. The other half of the duo is Marion who provides service that deserves a sixth star. Her knowledge about the wines and her warm demeanor make the experience truly magical. This was our second visit and it definitely wasn’t our last….

Exquisite!! FINALLY a real deal French restaurant. This is what has been missing in Palma and these guys are nailing it. We were blown away by the food and the service. Everything is done with love and it shows. Get a table people ….. it won’t be long before it’s a long waiting list to get in. This is classical French cuisine executed perfectly by chef Javier who has pedigree- his time in Paris and Leon and his absolute passion for his art shows and you can taste it in every bite. Then to top it off you have the most incredible service from Marion and what she doesn’t know about wine isn’t worth knowing. These two deserve all the success and are an incredible, just what Mallorca has needed addition to the culinary scene here. Welcome guys – a chef owned restaurant is always a great place to go! We had a sensational dinner at OSMA! Marion and Javier were outstanding hosts, providing attentive service and a warm atmosphere. Their Burgundy wine recommendation paired perfectly with our meal. We especially enjoyed watching Javier assemble each dish at our table, taking the time to explain the ingredients and preparation. The foie gras and French onion soup were both excellent, but the highlight was the turbot meunière. Aged for 8 days, it was cooked to perfection and incredibly flavorful. We can’t wait to return!

What a sublime gastronomical experience, without a doubt the best French restaurant on the island and one of the bests in general.
