I didn’t want to do a review just because the guy on the phone was very rude but after getting my “banana pudding” I really don’t even think a review is enough of fuss. I get it I work long and stressful hours as well especially considering im on a 13hr shift right now but certain behaviors aren’t acceptable like being able to hear a full grown man rolling his eyes through the phone and huffing and puffing like I was forcing him to do his job. my work is located not even 10 mins from this store and I still waited an hr for cold pizza and rotten banana slop topped with whip cream and a stale wafer cookie that’s probably been sitting for months that is now smelling up my back room I couldn’t be more disappointed honestly. Please work on customer service and paying closer attention to what you are serving without a doubt I would’ve gotten sick.

I ordered cheesy bread and it appeared to have mold on it. Before calling, I asked several people because I’m not the type to complain unless I’m sure — even my dad, who is a chef, said it was almost definitely mold. I also double-checked using an AI assistant.
When I called the restaurant, they said they had never had an issue like this before. But when I came in to show them the bread and get a refund, I could clearly hear staff in the back arguing loudly, saying things like “it’s covered in it” and “how did that happen.”
Despite that, the person who came to the front was rude and insisted “it’s obviously not mold,” claiming oil can make it look like mold. If that were true, I don’t understand why they acted so surprised on the phone — and I also don’t understand why they would serve food that looks like mold in the first place.
I stayed calm and even apologized because I’m not trying to be a “Karen.” I just didn’t want to argue. I did get my refund, but the way this was handled and the fact that this was sold to customers at all is extremely concerning.
Edit: me and my brother are now sick! We’re the only people who ate the bread too..

We ordered 2 pizzas about a month ago and they were burnt to a crisp, not even sure how someone would box that up..we were promised a replacement upon our next order. I called to make that order today and the worker said that he can’t honor it because his boss left an hour ago. Not sure how the business will survive with employees like this (photo for reference on how burnt our order was)

New pizza place in the area so we wanted to test a few items out before we order for our team lunches. We didn’t try the pizza so this review is solely on sides and rib tip meals.
I’m trying to put this as nice as possible to be fair.
+Fries, good
=Cheese sticks, average
=Bread, average (could use more flavor)
+BBQ sauce, fantastic
-Ranch, tastes bottled like a GFS brand
-Wing dings, maybe a 2 out of ten. Not wing dings there was no breading. They were naked wings on the small side.
-Rib tips, the worst we’ve had. Not rib tips at all. Every piece was tiny with mostly bone in the center of each piece. Appeared they are just chopped up ribs. Not tips at all.
-Onion rings, unrecognizable. They didn’t taste burnt but the onion was missing in the piece I tried and they were super dark. It’s probably time to change the grease??
Our team really wanted to like this restaurant due to the variety of food options and we love supporting small businesses. Unfortunately we feel the quality and flavors missed missed the mark for the most part.
Other reviews are very positive regarding the pizza so I will ll give the pizza a try soon and if it’s good. Will update the review.

I was in the area visiting and tried Papa’s Pizza & BBQ the food was absolutely delicious. The calzone was HUGE! Honestly the marina sauce was the best I’ve ever tasted. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional.

I’ve given this place several tries, and finally I had to call it quits. The wings are absolutely terrible the pizza taste like baked cardboard with sauce and plastic flavored pepperoni. The ribs taste like BBQ logs, with sauce. Please get someone in there who actually knows how to cook fresh food, and not just reheat leftovers in the microwave! Change the grease when frying, and stop frying the wings, and then baking them in the oven! Customer service is always amazing, but the food sucks!

I ordered the lasagna dinner that came with bread and a loaded side salad, an Italian sub, and a couple orders of the boneless wings. It took less than the 20 minutes, everything was fresh and cooked perfectly! (Next time I’ll make sure to let them know not to toast the sub). I’ll be coming back!!!

Staff was nice and food was ready when I arrived in the estimated 20 minutes they suggested. I got 2 pizzas, 1 ultimate and 1 cheese, and breadsticks. The food was AMAZING! I will be back. The toppings were piled on and I loved it! Pricing was reasonable. I ordered through the website, which was super easy to use on my phone. Overall, very impressed!

We placed a catering order from Papa’s Pizza and were seriously impressed. First of all, I love that they offer Halal pepperoni such a huge plus for our family! The new hot honey ricotta pizza was out of this world and definitely a new favorite.
They did forget one of our pizzas at first, but honestly, their customer service was great they delivered the missing pizza very quickly and without any hassle. Mistakes happen, and the way they handled it showed how much they care about their customers.
We officially found our new go-to pizza spot. Highly recommend!
