Usually good but they close whenever they want. Website says 10pm closed showed up just after 9 and they were outside locking the door already. Not great when you live in a small town and everything closes so early.

Showed up to get a sub as they state they are open until 11 pm, showed up at 8:56 pm and they were completely closed. Second time this has happened. Last week was the same thing and then we went to Hanover subway and they also closed early cause its been “quiet” …. not to mention the fact that you have to pay for double meat at this location to get enough meat to make an edible sandwich.

Online it states that their open till 11pm. But when I got there at 8:30 they had the lights and sign off. But an employee was still in there. Don’t bother driving out of your way to get a sub, seems from other reviews this is a reoccurring issue.

They reduced the portion of toppins so you have to pay extra to get a bit more, they used to put a lot more,don’t know if they change owner, I ordered steak and cheese sub and I thought it was a joke when saw the amount of meat the put.

The staff are not overly friendly, the portions are small so they made it up with loading it all with lettuce. If I want to eat just lettuce I’d ask for just lettuce! I asked for cucumber and I got 4 see thru pieces I didn’t bother arguing what’s the point. When paying I got asked if I wanted a receipt I said no then they walked away without even letting me know if it went thru. Then comes trying to eat the sub which my jaw hurt from chewing the very stale bread. They claim fresh not 3 days old stale dried out bread. Horrible experience and would not recommend this location to anyone!

Location is dirty with poor customer service. Ordered a wrap that the shell split badly . Instead of transferring the contents to a new shell like they were asked to staff rolled their eyes and moved on.

Terrible experience. They give noticeably smaller portions, basically forcing you to pay extra if you want a decent amount of steak. Even worse, the place is extremely unsanitary — one of the workers sneezed directly toward the food. When we politely asked for a new sandwich, they not only refused but actually kicked us out. To top it off, they put the protein back into the container with their bare hands. Absolutely unacceptable.

This subway is under new management and they make the best subs! The staff are all incredibly friendly, the bread is perfectly fresh every time, the veggies are all fresh and nicely displayed, the store is clean. I absolutely recommend everyone try a sub here! Much better quality than it has been in the past!

I had to discard the sandwich as the bun was stale and the meat not very fresh. I would of returned the sandwich but as I live out of town it wouldn’t be worth my time and cost to return it. I have been to this location several times in the past and never had a reason to complain. I don’t know if there are new owners but if so they better address the issues or they won’t be around very long. I have been in the food industry for over 50 years and this experience has left me wondering if I will go back.
