This is a one off experience. Generally its great but tonight even after repeating that I would like extra cheese sauce and that I wanted the veggies toasted with the sandwich, it seemed they didnt understand. Because little sauce was used and the veggies were no added to the sandwich prior to toasting The sandwich was very dry, had very little sauce and subkrunch.

Tiny building, you have to really cram in there. If theres a line, you might as well leave. I attempted to go in, after not going to this location for years, and pretty much immediately left. I went in for food. Not to listen awkwardly while the person behind the counter complained about having to clock in early and having no help while watching a line form. I felt unwanted there. So I took my business elsewhere. Safe to say I will never go to this location again.

Ordered a chicken bacon Ranch ft long. As soon as the person on the phone took the order I knew it was gonna b screwed up. Drove 20 min back an forth to get the sandwich and return it for not being toasted. Hampden maine has little selections of eateries in the area when I called the person told me to bring it back I get back then he say he can retoast it but no refund!!! Why do I now want this soggy shifty sandwich I just drove 40 min for so threw in in the trash. This location in hampden is unfriendly rude an when they mess up ur order u get no credit no refund no wonder they have shit for business I will spread the word. I have a wonderful time here. This is one of the only Subways in the Bangor area that takes their mail coupons without either excepting some deals or not taking coupons at all, which is why I first began driving out of my way to come here. The employees are always friendly and patient and I always enjoy my sandwich. Will continue driving here when I want Subway.

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an online order for a sub and included a request for a patty in the instructions. My husband went to pick it up, and instead of being informed about the correct process, he was cornered and berated at by an employee (older woman to be specific) who rudely said the patty had to be selected on the website. I genuinely didn’t know that and would’ve appreciated a polite explanation rather than being treated so disrespectfully. On top of that, the sandwich was poorly made. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering again. Please train your staff to communicate respectfully and make quality food.

I went in to get a sandwich for my client and wasn’t completely sure what type of sandwich they wanted I only knew what they didn’t want on it. As I was explaining the type of sandwich I needed to a employee this older woman with short brown hair says in a very nasty tone “just get what’s listed on the menu” I then looked back at the other employee and she gave me this look like oh my word I’m sorry. The woman that made my sandwich was very nice I said I was sorry I wasn’t completely sure what sandwich they wanted. She let me know it was ok. But this wasn’t the first encounter I’ve had with this older woman. I went there awhile back to get a sandwich for myself and as I was waiting for her to tell me the total she was to busy talking to another employee and snapped at me saying “you can insert your card” I then asked what the total was and she snapped back what it was and went on talking to the employee. You work in customer service you would think you would be more professional and not so nasty to people that come in.

Great little place.
This place is small but the employees seem to work hard and get everyone taken care of as fast as possible. Very nice people.
The food is standard for Subway, no surprises, other then there is no longer gluten free bread.
The parking lot is small and can be hard to get in and out of as it close to an intersection.
The ordering area is also small, three people in a row is about all you can fit in a line before you are forced to wait outside or in the way.
The dining are is ok, small, but out of the way so you don’t deal with all the in/out traffic.

I went in the other day, and the employee who made my sandwhich, a young man with purple hair, had a VERY bad smell. It made me loose my appetite for my sandwhich. Very disappointing.
