First of all, I’m very sorry that I was late this time. I have something very urgent, so I called many times to explain and ask for more time. It was said online that the reservation would be cancelled in half an hour. I was two minutes extra and was fined 400 dollars and didn’t have the meal. I understand that rules are rules, but aren’t they a little too harsh? No omakase I’ve eaten at has ever had such a situation. I can also accept miss some dishes, but the restaurant still turns me away.
