Came in for a Togo order tonight. “Lucy” took my order. She informed me that the kitchen was “a bit backed up” (it was absolute chaos) and asked that I “please give our cook a few extra minutes tonight”. so polite. I couldn’t help but be patient. Not with that smile. I waited awhile before I noticed the cook had disappeared. Lucy asked another server where the cook went because she hadn’t even gotten to call my order yet. No response. She hopped on that grill and cooked my 3 orders with no hesitation while the other servers just stood there watching. She bagged my food, handed it to me and apologized because apparently she’s new and it was her first time cooking for a customer and she was unsure if she got everything right. Lucy- not only did you get everything right, but it was delicious. Props to you.

Only two stars…. Our server was great. We got a to go order. Biscuits and gravy, a hash brown, two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits and a chicken bacon melt & a waffle. Our server called the hash brown twice. Our food still sat there ready to go minus the hash brown. The cook gave my hash brown to other people then didn’t bother to put another on. Instead she jumped on her phone. I waited watching and finally had to say something. Then the cook blamed the server when the cook is who messed up. When my hash brown got done, the cook put it in a container and she saw the server was trying to check people out and refused to put a lid on it. The fact she was wearing a rock star shirt, just means they hand them out to anyone. The gravy was like water and idk but extremely salty. It was more like gravy soup

3rd shift is a wreck from both cooks hotboxing in a car to tables never being clean from multiple visits to the server that only cares about togos and not the fine in customers also food usually has to be remade don’t expect any condiments on the table during the night either and have fun trying to find your server after your food arrives. Overall 3rd shift is horrid

The Grits were cold and lumpy, the eggs were like rubber, the sausage was not cooked thoroughly, coffee was old and the waffles as dry as the Desert!
Staff, courteous and helpful but things have gone down hill (food) and I will not return to this one anyway. I just wanted a hot All Star Meal and fresh but it did not happen.

Waitress was rude no Hey, Hi just “what you want to drink”. She ignored us when we asked for something and didn’t come back til she brought the check. Food was bad and that’s saying something.

Our server was nice enough, had to have my eggs remade. I had ordered them over easy and they were very over hard…. Nothing much to say about it it’s a waffle House, but there is a better one not far down the road. They should look into getting more help, you can tell most of the employees had no prior experience. I do not know who owns this one but they should definitely tighten up.
