We thought it would be good based on reviews so we stopped by. I ordered a pound of sliced brisket with a couple of sides and what’s pictured is what I got. At least half a pound of fat. I understand brisket is supposed to have some fat but this was ridiculous. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered a 3 meat plate from here. Walked over from the Love’s. Had sausage, brisket, and pulled pork. The skin of the sausage was tough but I didn’t care because it was so tasty. Brisket and pulled pork was good too. Had okra and green beans for the sides. I’ll be back

Got the Carolina pulled pork sandwich with Mac and cheese, and cowboy beans and it was really good. Never seen that style of pasta used for Mac and cheese but still good. The lady there was very polite and truckers get a discount so that a definite plus. Will definitely stop back in next time I’m threw. Will always support a business that takes care of the truckers

Ordered Brisket sandwich and got chopped burnt ends…no meat !! Watery potato salad and canned green beans …disgusted ! Waited 30 plus minutes …to be greatly disappointed. The set up was nice but the food,….Total let down and the Pit was smoking which is normally a good indicator for good, fresh BBQ. I would’ve taken the food BACK but im a trucker and ETA is most important. I paid 26 dollars plus 4 dollar tip to be my best advise for NEVER coming back here .

Service friendly
Outside seating, under canopy.
Wait time about 10 minutes to prepare plate.
Great BBQ. Sweet and savory, not bold. They also have smoked Bologna.

Got an order of ribs and 4 meat plate. Everything was really good. The meat was fantastic and the price to portions ratio are great. Definitely going to keep me fed on the road for a couple days. I’ll be recommending this place to my trucking buddies.

I really wanted to try the brisket or pulled pork, but they were out of both… I decided to try the chicken, I have to say it was good. I also got a side order of okra, which is the best okra I have ever gotten from any restaurant. I will definitely come back, if I come this way again.

This is the only barbecue place around for miles, so they’ve got that going for them. They have a nice outdoor seating area and plenty of parking. Truck seems really clean. I’ve frequented my fair share of food trucks, and this was just alright. Chicken wasn’t anything special, fries were cold and soggy and portions were small for the price. Prices per pound are higher than what you would get in town, but that’s what you got. $20 for 1 lb of chicken a la carte. Maybe we just made a poor menu item selection. We’ve previously had their potatoes, and they seem seasoned better but it seems they’re cooked in an air fryer, instead of smoked. They have a lot of potential, but it seems their quality has dipped within the year. It’s definitely not my favorite barbecue place, definitely not bang for your buck, but- I’ve had worse, and it’s close, so sometimes it’s all ya got. Chicken dinner pictured with fries and okra. $11.99

We’ve wanted to try the place for a while and when we passed by this afternoon decided to give it a shot, BIG MISTAKE. The only item that seemed fresh was the potato salad, everything else we ordered was definitely several days old at the least. Ribs were chewy and under cooked, the pulled pork had so much fat that it was more fat than actual meat, we ordered chopped brisket which ended up being what I guess was chopped burnt ends, terrible burnt flavor, terrible experience, and a complete was of money.
