I was super excited to try this place for the first time.
But I got incredibly sick and had the worst food poisoning of my life a couple hours after eating my order.
I was sick all night and would like a refund please.
I checked to see if i could contact you privately through email but there wasn’t an option.
Obviously something was out of date or the hygiene somewhere was off. I have been so sick, i’m having to see a doctor 🙁

I recently visited Mai Thai Restaurant in Southampton with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious — full of authentic flavours and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening out. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys great Thai cuisine!

Good I super authentic and it’s seems to be a family own business. The food was cooked fresh and quick. Very friendly and good ambience. Clean toilet. I love the fact that I was told that as a Hawaiian guy I can easily blend as a Thai guy. Eating here making me wanna go to Chiang Mai.

As you walk in the decor is stunning and a warm calm atmosphere greets you.
We were made to feel very welcomed, from arrival right till leaving.
We’d arrived fairly late in the evening and there was only a seat by the door which we were fine with but soon as one was free we were offered the choice to move seats.
I was very kindly given a glass of water after having a bit of a coughing issue while eating. Our food was absolutely wonderful, arrived very fast. So fresh, piping hot and full of flavors.
I had vegetable Pad Thai and my friend had the mixed box, both washed down with Chang beer. I’d not tried Chang before but highly recommend it! A very light and refreshing drink to accompany your meal.
Have been back a couple of time since and still wonderful! ☺️
