I asked an employee a simple question about Uber Eats because I needed to add an item. She immediately said, ‘We have nothing to do with that,’ which was not true and she did not try to help at all. All I wanted was a small cup of pizza sauce that costs about $0.50 or $0.75. She offered no solution and was very rude. It is not my fault that you have to work here. Many other reviews also show that employees act like they dislike their jobs. If the pay is low and that makes you unhappy working at a pizza place, then work somewhere else.

Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia was on the menu for dinner. Wings and a medium pizza part of the $6.99 deal rounded out the meal. The papadia was good, not great, I didn’t get a real ranch dori to taste from it. Had plenty of ranch powder flavoring but not the taste. Overall its good. Worth trying. Comes with a dorito dipping sauce. Service from the Kenwood location was good.

I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak pizza this evening and it seems they forgot to put steak on it. I basically got a ‘Philly Cheese’ pizza with a few bacon bit size pieces of actual meat on it. It had about 7 or 8 small, very thin slivers of green onion on it as well as maybe 2 or 3 scraps of onion. Very disappointed.

I placed a pick up order through DoorDash and my dessert ( Cinna pull aparts) was not made correctly. I tried contacting DoorDash and both the store directly. All I wanted was a remake since the restaurant was the one who made the mistake. I called and spoke to the manager who was very rude and refused to remake the item for me. So now I’ve wasted my money and my dessert is not edible!

Super nice staff. My daughter dropped our dessert the second we made it to the car. I went back in to buy a new one and they did not charge us. Highly recommend, great service and pizza was spot on like always.
