The fact you all started using Uber to deliver. You’re charging me MORE money to wait LONGER for my delivery? That’s crazy. I liked Jimmy John’s when I could tip my drivers in cash for the speed in which I received my order. Now you take the tip money to charge more fees to make me wait AN HOUR.

Idk what it is about Idaho employees that seem to think it’s okay not to follow food directions. I ordered a sandwich no cheese. I shouldn’t have to state ALLERGY when I asked for no cheese. Or ask for it cut in half or extra napkins. The inconsistency drives me insane too. I pulled the cheese off and gave it to my dog but I almost didn’t notice it. But I’m eating it now and I cut off just a small 2 inch piece and I pulled out 8 peppers. 8! Off a 2 inch piece! Last time I ordered the sandwich I asked for EZ peppers and he was like well what do you want me to do since we only put 3 on a sandwich (he said this about the regular size not the big one, but I’ve already eaten a fair few of them and pulled out more from when I first received my sandwich and I still have just about half left to go)? Clearly that’s not the case. Like most of the time the little things like this don’t bother me, but god forbid poisoning me really f&$king takes the cake.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE. Wife went into store to order. So it wasn’t an online order that was purely just reading. We live a ways out of town, out towards Rockford. She ordered no lettuce as it taste of soap to her, and no tomato. They loaded the sandwich with lettuce and tomato.
I called in because she was pissed. Tried to work with the people to get another sandwich for her but they will not work with you. Rules over customer service. We felt we should not have to take the 20-25 minute drive back but meet them somewhere in between. Said they could only redeem a order in store and could not deliver out of their “3” mile delivery range. Would not refund the money for her sandwich either.

I love Jimmy John’s, they make the best Italian subs! However, I feel the Blackfoot location is going out of business or broke it never fails to not have straws, napkins, sides I mean hell they can’t even afford knives to cut the sandwiches in half it was so bad when I ordered a gargantuan one time and all I got was bread, cheese and Jimmy peppers, that was fun trying to explain to the manager that isn’t a sandwich… Come on coroerate, I’ve bought enough JJ at this location to supply straws for a year. Quite being greedy and give this humble location what they need to do their jobs right!

I’ve ordered Jimmy Johns in the past and they have been really good about delivering it right away and followed their slogan “freaky fast”. Well, the past 2 times I have ordered from them here at the Blackfoot store, it has taken them close to an hour to deliver my food to me…. So much for “freaky fast”

Very frustrated with my order. I order 3 sandwiches. 2 regulars and a small one as well as chips. At 5:26 I got notified it was out for delivery by 6 it still hadn’t arrived I called the store. The server was rude and told me there were 3 other orders and it would be here “soon” I wait another 20 minutes. It’s now been an hour and a half since I ordered. And hour since it’s been out for delivery. I call the store again. The app still says it’s out for delivery. The same man answers and says the driver came back and got other sandwiches so “had to be delivered”. It was not. He argued with me and told me to look. I had a clear view of my door but looked anyways. There was no sandwiches. After speaking with a manager who also insisted they had to be here. .. again they are not I watched out my window since they had been out for delivery. She offered me a refund when i got off the phone my tracker still said they were out for delivery. So here I am an hour and a half later having to figure out a whole new dinner for my family. Thanks Jimmy John’s.
