Since opening on April 15, 2025, Sangam Indian Cuisine has proudly brought a vibrant fusion of Indian and Pakistani flavors to the heart of Washougal. Serving the communities of Washougal, Camas, and Vancouver, we offer an authentic North and South Indian dining experience where every dish reflects rich traditions, bold spices, and time-honored recipes.
In addition to our regular menu, we now offer a North and South Indian lunch buffet every Friday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Our buffet features a rotating selection of flavorful curries, freshly baked naan, aromatic biryanis, vegetarian specialties, and popular South Indian favorites, giving guests a true taste of India’s diverse culinary heritage in one delicious spread.

Really excellent food! We had not tried this restaurant before they changed ownership but it seems they have a new menu as well as the old menu. There seems to be a new focus on South Indian specialities with many unique menu items that aren’t commonly seen at other Indian restaurants. Our server said it was the first day they were serving dosas. I don’t remember what all the dishes were called. The dosa we ordered (it may have been called the Mysore podi dosa) had some powder that added a very interesting textural component and was super flavorful: spicy, a bit sweet and packed with umami. The chutney and daal served with the dosa were great. We also ordered a goat curry. Often times, goat isn’t cooked well and it is too tough. This was perfect cooked, gelatinous and delicious. The curry was strong on the cumin flavor and rich. Another great dish. We also ordered a rice dish (it may have been called Bele Bisi) with cashews, lentils, and vegetables. Wow, another dish packed with complex flavor and just the right amount of heat. We also had the sweet lassi and mango lassi which were both excellent. There is a paucity of good Indian restaurants in Clark County and Sangam is a welcome addition! Definitely the best Indian food I’ve had since moving here 4 years ago. Our server mentioned they are starting a lunch buffet on Fridays-Sunday. We will definitely be back, even though we don’t live close by! Service was also excellent and they are very attentive. Food arrived very quickly.

My wife and I love this place. We’re pretty picky about Indian food, and this is really an excellent restaurant. Everything we’ve tried here has been 5 stars. This place used to be Haveli’s, and their food was just ok, but since it changed hands and became Sangam, the food is fantastic. We are definite repeat customers, and I’d highly recommend it. One thing to note: if you’re sensitive to spicy heat, start with Mild, not Medium. This restaurant’s idea of Medium might be a little intense if you’re not used to high-heat Indian cooking. Enjoy!

Really good and authentic Indian food! There’s hardly ever anyone at this place so I was skeptical of it for the longest time. But I saw a lot of good reviews so we tried it out. And it’s so delicious. I will say it’s on the higher cost end with all of this in the photo being more like $70 with tip. But it was fantastic. Will go again. The Dahl was great and I forget what my husband got but he liked it as well. I can’t have dairy and usually can’t have many Indian dishes because it’s included in so many. But this place had so many options I could have without dairy. They have an easy indicator of what’s gluten free and vegan on their menu and can even make adjustments to some dishes aren’t listed.

For this part of Camas/Washougal, this place is amazing! I love ethnic cuisine and smaller, family owned restaurants. We loved everything we ordered and the servers were so kind. I can see what people mean about the atmosphere not really matching the quality of the food, but that didn’t really bug us…. If you want something different in the area, I would definitely give it a try… maybe even for take out. It’s pretty authentic.

We tried both South and North Indian dishes: rava dosa, naan, lamb tikka, Chettinad chicken curry, and Kerala parotta and everything was outstanding and very authentic. It’s rare to find a restaurant that does both styles of Indian cuisine this well. We’ll definitely be coming back, this might be our new favorite place.

Great food and good sized portions. Service was excellent too. I would have liked other beverage options than just water though such as iced tea. Probably the only thing I didn’t like was that the parking lot is confusing and so we parked in a dirt/grass lot by the restaurant. Also, the outside looks old and dingy but the inside was bright and clean.
It was all worth it for the excellent food though! Give it a try!

Food was good but service was poor. Little has been done inside from previous tenants. The carpet was dirty and a big turn off. Very nice tableware and good food didn’t quite match the run down environment and poor service. Several tables who arrived later got food first and it was as if we were forgotten. Happy to have Indian food in the area but won’t be rushing back soon.

The food is so good. Wonderful friendly service. Atmosphere is simple and super clean. The flavors of the spices together were incredible and so savory.
My favorite part is the presentation of the food. The metal dishes and heavy silverware were so fun to eat with. The fancy Silver bowls feel like you’re royalty. Like you’re at the big kid table.
I asked for mild spiciness and it was just right. It cleared my sinuses right up. So good.
It was a good amount of food, you could share with someone easily or order a couple dishes and try them both. I brought my leftovers home and will be having it for dinner tonight as well.

We had the lunch buffet, worth the price. Very tasty and the owner was helpful and kind. They let me know that they change the buffet items daily so you can have different options depending on the day. So much flavor! So good! My favorite was the lamb curry. My girlfriend loved the tandoori chicken. The cutneys were yummy as well.

Haveli is a nice surprise in Camas. Not exactly what you expect to find in the middle of Camas, Washington. We decided to venture out on a weeknight to give them a try.
Restaurant and bar are large. They were unfortunately less busy than we would hope… good Indian food can be difficult to come by, especially in a small town.
The menu was great – lots of options including vegetarian. We decided to do a ‘progressive’ dinner that we shared. We ordered a few items off the appetizer menu. They were EXCELLENT!
Fortunately that we ordered slowly because the portions are large. We filled up before making it to the entree. It was delightful.
They unfortunately do not have a full bar. It is limited to (I believe beer?) and Indian wine. The options are basically red or red. It was fine. Not the best, not the worst… just wish they had a few more options on the bar menu.
Give it a try, food and service were ON POINT. Price is extremely fair – support local!
