I am very disappointed in my most recent experience at this establishment. I ordered pizza at 8:45 p.m. and my pizza is being delivered 2 hours later. I usually love ordering from this Papa John’s as the food is delicious, the employees are kind and courteous and I could usually go on and on. However, after this experience I highly doubt I will be back. If I wanted Doordash to deliver my food I would have contacted them. This restaurant needs to do better

We order from here a lot and 9/10 food is hot and yummy. Last night 5/10/25 we did a carry out and they missed sending our cheese sticks w my son. I called the manager and he totally said his bad and was SUPER nice. Wish I could remember his name. Ty! This family will continue ordering and enjoying our pizza from the Brazil IN Papa John’s location.

Sadly this review is for their call center. Disrespectful bunch they are. I am quite confused at why Papa Johns store number leads to a call center and not the store. First and foremost if you are calling in to place an order and you want to get to the store, not just some random person. You have to push 5 not 3 for delivery (common sense decision). You have to push 5. Don’t push 3 or you’ll have the experience I had and let’s just say DISRESPECTFUL doesn’t scrap the surface. It was so bad I actually thought I just gave my card info to a random person and I was about to lose all my money. It wasn’t till I had to call the store yet again and confirm that I had actually placed an order. Because I definitely wasn’t told that my order was placed. Nope I just got hung up on right after reading my card number. Thanks. Shame Domino’s phone leads right to them and so does Pizza Hut. Papa johns has their number out sourced to save money. Shame. Very bad experience and I hope everyone pushes 5 and not 3 for delivery. It will save you heart ache in the end. Sorry Papa Johns you failed to do it better this time.
