I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle on February 3, 2026 10:25 p.m and want to share it so others are aware.
On Feb. 1 at around 10:37 p.m., I ordered two tacos for my wife. When she took a bite on the way home, the tortillas were so tough and chewy that she couldn’t even eat them. We got home too late to go back that night.
On Feb. 3, I brought the tacos back to the store hoping they would simply remake them just give us fresh ones since we were loyal customers and just wanted them made right. Instead, the two employees working refused to help resolve a simply request. One guy said he “couldn’t do it,” and the woman on duty said it was two days later so it didn’t make sense. They didn’t apologize or offer anything and both refused to give their names because of “company policy,” even though they weren’t wearing name tags the guy said they don’t give out names even though there are names on the register receipt.
The attitude was of these employees were rude and condescending. I explained the chicken was cold and the food was bad quality, but they didn’t care.
I know Chipotle’s official return/credit process for merchandise isn’t handled in-store and has to go through customer service. (Chipotle Goods) But even so, at most other locations I’ve used (including other Chipotles in Cumming and Buford) staff will remake food that’s clearly not edible when presented with proof of purchase.
I tried to do the right thing by coming back to give them a chance to fix it — and this is how I was treated. Simply TRASH!!
If you care about good quality food and customer service, you might think twice about this location.

Came in today to pick up lunch around 1pm since I work just down the road and got off early. Good location, the inside was nice and clean. I ordered my usual anytime I go to chipotle, a veggie bowl. The young man that made my bowl was very polite and gave me good, generous portions. He was also very quick yet put effort into putting my meal together vs just flinging things around.checking out was also very quick and easy. I definitely will be back. The rest of the staff was polite and busy at work. Nice to see so many young adults actually putting pride and effort into their job. Thank you again.

This Chipotle feels like the Temu version of Chipotle. Just drive the extra miles to go to one that knows how to prepare the food. Bowls all thrown into the bag opened, mystery sauce included. This is not the first time we’ve given this place s chance.

By far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been and/or eaten at. I’ve ordered food there 4x and did not have any meat in my tacos. As seen in the photos – I ordered 3 tacos that can’t even recognized as anything. Whoever is the owner of this establishment should probably get a new career. They are killing a great brand.

The service was terrible, as an employee with a very unfriendly demeanor treated my wife and me poorly. She served the food reluctantly, practically throwing everything on the table, and the portions were very, very small, as were the appetizers. They should replace her or find a more suitable job for that person.

Portions here even when extra is ordered is skimpy at best. been here a few times to see if it was just a bad shift scheduling but they’re all rude and refuse to match proper portions. this is ordered with extra cheese and extra corn, and extra rice. all of which are barely there still. definitely will be speaking to someone about it.

This chipotle is frustrating. I placed an order for pickup on their app. I arrived 5 min after the “promised” time, so I figured it’d have been ready. No orders were in the pickup station and there were was another person waiting so I patiently waited and watched the Togo worker move slower than my 90 year old grandma. Kind of like the sloth from zootopia. I sat there for 10 min…. Three people went through the in-person line- paid and they were off with their food before they brought out the other persons Togo order. Then they finally asked for my name- my food was sitting behind the counter the entire time. Awesome, love that, love cold food, love being ignored. Wouldn’t be as frustrating if there wasn’t so many workers not giving a crap. There was the Togo girl making order, another girl running the in person line, a boy that was kinda just walking around, a older man standing by the grill, and another girl off to the side doing idk what. Why have a Togo order station if you’re just gonna keep the orders where customers can’t get them? If you wanna keep ready orders behind the counter- maybe acknowledge the people waiting for Togo orders. Also the food sucks-cherry on top!

Worst chipotle i’ve ever been to! FIRST there was this sweet old man in front of me who wanted a quesadilla and they refused to make him one. When it was my turn to order they had no food ready. I also ordered a regular guac and wanted chips with it but they had no chips and it was 6 o’clock (dinner time for most people) but when I opened my guac to eat it there was half an unripe avocado in it so I got about a tbs of edible guac. Very disappointed with this chipotle. Would not recommend.
Edit: I did not come here for a few months to see if it would get any better, but it’s has not. I ordered a side of guac and the same exact thing happened. It was full of chucks of unripe avocado. I am very unsatisfied. (First picture was from months ago and second from today)

So my wife gets home, opens the bag—and we’re both just standing there confused. Chips? Barely any. Honey vinaigrette? Practically non-existent. Either it evaporated on the way home or someone decided to bag an empty container. Either employees are eating food they should be serving, or is this how y’all really package meals? She ordered in-store, saw them grab the chips off the shelf, but missed the dressing part while checking out. We were genuinely excited about this place finally opening, but now? Hard pass. This isn’t cutting corners—it’s completely disrespectful to your customers.
