This was a sad little place on Saturday. I ordered my food ahead of time so I could pick it up quickly, but it took about 10 minutes for me to get my food. The folks behind the counter were overwhelmed by a large order and did not acknowledge me as I was waiting. The person in charge seemed defensive when questioned by other patrons and the other two employees looked dispirited. There were a lot of other folks at tables waiting for their food. Rather than order ahead, it would have been faster to just show up and order my food from the sandwich line which they tried to keep moving. This small team needs help, at least on the weekends, and a dose of good leadership. I will come back because the food is good, but I will plan on the experience taking more time.

They royally messed up my order and I had to drive all the way back to get it fixed. Instead of simply fixing the problem, I got an argument rather than an apology. It was an online order, everything was right there. The only change I made was removing mayo.
I got a “club” with no bacon, no roast beef, no oil vinegar, and *with* mayo. Basically a turkey sub. Not really sure what the employee’s basis for arguing with me was.
Submitted the feedback form nearly two weeks ago and heard zero, so that tells you everything.

Customer service shines at this location! Though we’ve never been disappointed in the food, and it’s my daughter’s favorite spot (we’re there twice a week minimum), the customer service has been fantastic. From the sandwich makers, to checkout, up to store management, all have been friendly, funny yet professional, generous, and understanding when we (the customer) have made mistakes, and corrected issues other affiliated stores have made when they had no obligation. Grateful for people like those this location employs. They’ve gone above and beyond!

Ok, this is going to be a really weird review, the 5 stars is for a reason. My fiancé and I LOVE this Jersey Mikes. I often pick up his food and have no issues. The subs are always made to perfection and the customer service, Chef’s kiss. I’m giving 5 stars because I’m praying my experience today was just a fluke and this is not what I normally experience, plus it’s usually very good, like cravable kinda good!
I ordered a Hot Chicken cheesesteak stub (which is way better than any chain location) and my fiancé a giant Cold cut sub. Combined it was $30. I drove 9 minutes to my destination and we began to eat. His sub was perfect! But mine left me a little dazed. My sandwich was very soggy and wet. As I opened it (in my car) pink juice poured onto me and in my car. I open the sandwich and there was about 2 tablespoons of liquid just sitting in the bottom of my sandwhich and in the wrapper. I picked the sandwhich up and it was a soggy mess . This is NOT the normal for them, I’d like to make it clear. I’d just like a little more care next time for a hot sub, that’s supposed to be you know Hot.
Also, I asked for extra mayo and to add red pepper relish…to which is my usual order and I never opened a sandwich to see this. Ya’ll are still great just don’t want to see this again.

The banner out front said under new management, but I could tell before stepping inside the difference from what this place used to be .The gentleman in the line were an absolute joy. The customer service was amazing, so was the food.

2024 update – This location is still the best one around. They are generous with amount of deli cuts on subs, and have super fresh ingredients. Their lettuce and tomatoes are always fresh, never use tomato ends. Very clean and well organized. I took a picture of another customer’s turkey sub because it looked so good, the man was super pleased with his sandwich. Employees wearing gloves. Floors on the line are kept clean, prep surfaces cleaned berween sandwiches. Friendly employees, great sandwiches too, Big Kahuna is awesome steak&cheese, I like to add grilled tomatoes to the mix. Another great sandwich is their Italian, the capicola is high quality. Highly reccomend this location.

Many people claim that Jersey Mike’s steak and cheese sandwich to be the best. I was not sure what to expect but I assure you that it is true. We got couple of versions of it, with everything, w/o cheese, w/o grilled peppers, and w/o onions. Our order had two regular size and two giant subs. The giant is seriously huge and would be excellent after a long hungry day. We also tried it with regular bread and with wheat bread. I must say that the regular sub tasted better, but it is your choice.
The ratio of meat to cheese to bread is perfect and I must say that not adding any toppings like fresh veggies or sauces is smart because it will cover up the real meat flavor.
I am deducting a star in my rating because I was very disappointed that Jersey Mike’s doesn’t have french fries in its menu.
