Terrible experience. I preorder food ahead of time and pick up on the way to work. Last week I did it at this subway and when I stopped to pick up at 1:20 pm I was met with a “be back in 5 minutes” sign. I waited for ten minutes and nobody showed up— I had to leave. The entire time I was looking through the window at my order which I placed 20 minutes before picking up. When I was pulling up to work I was finally able to reach somebody on the phone— I requested a refund, she refused to do that and told me to pick up after work (which was not possible since my shift was till 10pm). I will never order from this location again.

All 1 star reviews are 100% accurate and I am so mad I didn’t read them before coming here.
This place should be shut down.
I asked for egg patties on my subway and look at stuff they gave me!!
I’m certain they were in the feezer for weeks and this employee decides to just heat them up and serve them like that??
Veggies were absolutely disgusting and old.
I saw those wilted spinach leaves and brown lettuce!! Slimy tomatoes and cucumbers!!
Also the bread was stale!
I thought, fine I can live with that. I’m starving.
But the eggs!! I had to come back to ask for a different one and this person has the audacity to say it was the hot oven that made them that way cos I toasted my bread. Well news flash, I never toast my bread!
He agrees to give me another egg patty and the thing came out stale again!!
Gives it to me anyway!!
I said LOOK AT THIS. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I don’t want this!!
Decided to just leave. I’m not one to make a big fuss out of these situations, but I swear to GOD.
NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY.
P.S. I asked for pepper jack cheese and got american. This place is a joke.

Worst subway. The guy tried to make a foot long side ways and told me that was a foot long. That’s only 6″. Then told me it was egg and ham with no eggs. Then tried to roll the thing and was done at this point.
No his fault. He said he didn’t know what he was doing. By why a owner allows that is showing why Subway as a brand is going down the tube like Jared. This picture after I told him the foot long goes the other way still with no eggs.

Asked for cheddar cheese, was given Monterey Jack cheddar which is shredded fine, if we don’t do slices anymore ? But Ai was given the smallest portion of cheese I’ve ever seen on a subway sandwich. I was told I would get charged extra for more than this.. is there some conspiracy that you don’t do sliced cheese anymore so you can save cost on giving people a teaspoon of shredded cheese?

Worst experience in this place. I don’t know what her problem was with her significant other, but she gave the worst customer service ever; she was more worried about her men than doing her job. Which it was a mess, the bread was old, not toasted correctly my carry out paper bag dirty by her gloves no napkins opening the sandwich was disgusting we weren’t able to eat our food. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!! This was Sunday 2/20/22 by 12:30 pm

The restaurant hides the meat and cheese behind a barrier. The guy put 1/2″ end pieces and meat waste on both sandwiches. It was nasty. It was also really messed up that the guy would even serve it in the first place.

I went in this subway today with my 8 yr old daughter to take her to grab a beverage and use the bathroom. Bathroom not in working order. My daughter really needed to use the washroom so we opted to leave and buy a drink at the next nearest fast food location. I realize you need to be a patron to use the washroom, I understand that and was willing to do so.
As I left the store the lady was yelling at me and my daughter to take the garbage we had put in their trash with us. I had to ask her to repeat herself because I literally couldn’t believe my ears. There are homeless people littered outside the store. Why would I reach my hands into a public trash bin – there are probably needles in there. How insane.
Also, my daughter started to cry afterwards because she didn’t understand why the lady was yelling at us.
Absolutely brutal. Avoid this subway. If this was the owner I would suggest subway franchise should vet their franchisees more thoroughly.

Wow! Wish i seen the reviews before going to this scam-subway. $20 for blt combo?! I almost walked out if he didnt stop me and change the total to $14. Scam me….like im a tourist?! I don’t think so. Never again

Low effort in the crafting of the sandwich. Ingredients did not look fresh, maybe previously frozen or in the fridge for a day or two. Ingredients were not placed evenly but clumped together and so was the sauce. Worst subway experience and I love to try different subways. The location matters.
