LOVE THIS PLACE! The atmosphere, the drinks, the food, the staff, all AMAZING! And if you get a chance to come to the Cairo Farmer’s Market, they are open late and serve food and drinks for all the shoppers and vendors. They also have take and back meals, which is a nice addition to their shop. Along with that, they have other local items to purchase on store, bath and body, baking items, and fresh produce! And don’t forget to check out the unique features of their building too. Their shop is in an old bank!

Basically there were a couple of issues that can be avoided by timing and avoiding the roast beef if you’re wanting the real deal. The other menu items were excellent as were the drinks.

I can’t say enough good things about The Vault. Jenna, the owner, is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. The food is always great and very reasonably priced. Very fresh and homemade. The coffee is tasty and always made to perfection. It’s like everything they do is done with love, and it shows! Atmosphere is warm and inviting. Love this place.

Dropped my wife off for a wedding shower in the party room and picked up a 3 Lil Pigs sandwich and Espresso Shake. Both were delicious. My son had a cold press coffee and a Havana sandwich which he said were also top notch. Pork Carnitas were in both sandwiches and had really good flavor. Service was great, they were very polite and timely even though they were very busy at the time. Looking forward to stopping by again and trying other items, great little place in a small town!

Wonderful place. You cannot appreciate this perfect little bistro from the outside, but once in the doors, kind staff greets you with top notch service. The atmosphere is soothing and progressive. The food is good, not great but that gap is filled by the extensive and well made drink selection. Overall five stars.
