I visited this place around 1 week and half ago, and I ordered the new chipotle rub with me and my friend. First and foremost, the flavour of the wings were absolutely outstanding! The cooks who were in the back knew what they were doing. Another thing was the absolutely amazing customer service. The cashier there was very friendly and attentive, I believe her name was Lilliana. Overall, this experience made the visit very enjoyable and ensured future visits. If you’re looking for a place to eat, this is the spot.

This is unacceptable and DISGUSTING! my boyfriend’s food was undercooked & rubbery feeling mid eating and mine was raw with a gray coloring in & on the corner of my burger. To top it off the corn was over seasoned and was not enjoyable to even eat after one bite. I don’t know who was the cook around 9pm today 1/19/2024 but they didn’t do a good job in the back, they thought they could get away with the breading on the burgers but luckily we noticed it before eating the rest of the nasty chicken. I hope I don’t get sick from the portion I ate & really need a refund for that food. Be careful before you eat your chicken there.

I ordered 30 wing combo. Out of the 30 wings only five were flat. Everything else was drums. They were not well balanced at all. The only thing the store can offer is an apology with no action to backup their apology. Every solution that we proposed to them to make it right was rejected. When asked for the store manager info or even the customer complaint number the manager couldn’t provide that. More like refused to provide that.
Maybe the manager name is Diamond. Doesn’t sound entirely plausible as it was a male and Diamond is typically a female’s name. But I digress.

It took 20 minutes for a six piece wings and fries. Does it normally take that long? Wtheck… Because there are people who ordered after me 3 to be exaxt and they got their order very quick before me. There was a young man who waited longer than I did because he was there before me and waited and barely got his meal to go before I did. They’re three guys back there laughing I guess cooking I’m not sure but I would think that it wouldn’t take that long. You throw them in the fryer You put some sauce You’re good to go.

Put in an order that should have taken 11 minutes to complete. 30 minutes later still waiting. I see four employees in the kitchen. The three young girls milling around on their phones and talking while the oldest, and slowest, lady is the only one filling orders.

Horrible experience, staff working especially up front are the rudest girls ever. Waited 40 minutes for our order, got called, they handed our order to a guy who DIDNT show the receipt with name on it to prove it was his order and he stole our food. Got a lot of attitude from the girls up front and they were rude towards me and other customers and didnt act like they gave a damn. Told them what happened and they shrugged and said “are you sure” and they said they’re remake it and made us wait another 40 minutes to almost an hour for everything and basically tossed our order at us when it was done. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, DO NOT GO THERE. I shouldve listened to the other reviews. Might contact corporate about this to complain hire about the staff working.

This location is clean. The bathroom is clean. The people here are so nice and personable. The service is here is great even when they’re getting slammed.
The wings and fries are fried to perfection. Katrina is the best and there was another young lady there that was so nice.

So we been frequenting this place for a few months now and the quality of the food depends on who’s in the kitchen. Tonight I had to finish cooking my wings on my stove. The meat was very soft, undercooked and WATERY! They were also under seasoned. This has happened MULTIPLE times.
And the fries are consistently a mixture of broken short nubs, skinny, burnt and a bunch of potato skins in the basket. I’m paying for burnt up slivers of potato skins! You can’t even dip the fries in the ranch or ketchup because they are so scrawny and stubby.
—- AND JUST FOUND A HAIR IN MY CHEESE FRIES!!!
Since there is no consistency at this location and just found a hair in my cheese fries that ended up in my mouth, I think this is the last time I’ll be ordering from here. The location on Camelback and 67th is the best location I’ve tried. The one on Litchfield over cook their wings to the point they are dry and hard to bite and chew. So you just gotta find the right location. And THIS one ain’t it.
