Tonight I called this location at 5:52PM to verify they had soup today. They said yes but they close in 5 minutes (I presume for the holiday). I arrive at 5:56 and walked in and the worker walked away towards the register and started pushing buttons. I said hi and he said hi. He went back to the register so I asked if I could buy soup. He said oh I just threw it away we actually close in a few minutes. And I said oh well I just called and you said you had it, he then said “I actually put it in the fridge but now I can’t get it back out”. If your employees are expecting to leave at 6 on the dot you should
Close at 5:30. Additionally if you know someone is on the way I find it rude to intentionally put the item up. I have only been able to eat soup this week and have counted on subway but I didn’t realize they closed at 6 or I would’ve got my dinner early. It was just a poor experience that I felt can be bettered with the changes mentioned.

Been going here for awhile like 10 yrs There was NO other customers in the store MANAGER: who fixed my food , when I asked her about the flatbread turned wrap and the prices , UNreasonably answered in a rude and snappy voice. Containers holding the sauce bottles dirty and around the vegetables need cleaned. I will be avoiding this store in the future
After I paid she asked the person who checked me out if he charged me for the Xtra salami she forgot to tell him about I offered to pay

So when I went in, the counter had a sign up saying that they were short staffed and wait times were longer.
Taking that into account, it was a good experience. The atmosphere was kind of what you would expect for a fast food place. Good staff interactions though.

Ordered early in day to have for dinner. 2 subs the same except 1 with extra meat that I paid for.
Opened later in evening and both subs were the same ,no extra meat on either. Will not order on line again.

Just went up to subway here and had one of the best sub I’ve possibly ever tasted. I’m always skeptical about which place to go for my style of sub. But the sub artist there capitalized with great fashion. Definitely recommend this stop to anybody who’s traveling by.

I came in for lunch today and ordered a chopped salad with chicken. Ive eaten here many times before but today I ended up getting sick. Not even an hour after eating my stomach was in knots and extreme discomfort. Here 6 hours later Im still feeling ill. Not sure if I will be returning in the future.

I experienced 3 hard workers tonight. They were super busy a 1/2 hour I waited to have my food made. I noticed that their were a Lot of online orders makes it tough to make walk in orders. You should have 2 lines. The onliners should have a lane just for them. It should also have a drive thru and of course you should have more team players. Theres more money here to be made because the factory workers want subway too. They just don’t have enough lunch time to play with so they go with out. I think a Lot more. Changes could be made for the convenience of more customer satisfaction. Since prices are going up on stuff so should the pay grade to keep your emploees.times are slowly changing.
