This restaurant was awesome! The design and decor of the restaurant was very elegant and beautiful. The pizza was so delicious! We were on vacation in Orlando and I have been craving this pizza since I got home. My husband said he wasn’t hungry before coming here and mentioned he would only eat one slice. After tasting it he ate four I think. (I lost track!) The service was great and our whole experience was wonderful. Wish I could go again soon!

We had the cheesecake which was a small yet ample portion drizzled in chocolate sauce. We also had the caesar salad and a house salad with blue cheese, the salads were very fresh and made with good quality ingredients. Garlic knots were good but not great, would be better if they sauteed the garlic ahead of time. As for pizza we ordered the Eiffel (3meat), Pepperoni, Pepperoni with black olives, and Hawaiian pizzas and each one was delicious. Thin crust, gourmet sauce.

Service was a little slow. I should say that we took a party of ten including one toddler and everything was served hot and to the right person. Drinks were correct, but slow in coming.
Pricey- A large pizza can range from $16-22. I felt okay about the price since we were getting fresh made pizza and not frozen crust from a chain.
Overall I would recommend coming here, especially if you’re a local who isn’t in a rush. Beautiful atmosphere so take time to stop and enjoy your meal. We will be going back.

I was here three years ago (visiting Orlando) and had a perfect pepperoni pizza. My wife and I split a pepperoni/sausage pizza tonight for dinner and it was better than I remembered. Lots of cheese, toppings, great sauce and nothing beats that fire-roasted crust. Ate early, so the place was quiet. The server was very friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend eating here.

Service was great. Food, not so much. The calamari was good, lightly breaded and very crispy. The pizza had no flavor whatsoever. We got pepperoni, mushrooms, and garlic and yet it still had barely any taste. The mozzarella they used wasn’t right, it didn’t melt all the way and it wasn’t chewy like it should be. My mom got the eggplant stack and parts were burned. So unless you’re staying at the Hampton nearby and can’t drive, I would advise you to go somewhere else.

My family and I stopped in after arriving for vacation from upstate ny. We ordered their Family Pizza deal to go. It was fantastic!!! Inside the restaurant was very nice and clean. The pizza was so good I wish we had a place up here that knew how to make a good pizza!!! If we ever fly into Orlando again we will definitely stop at Alexanders for some pizza!!

I stopped here after work for pizza and wings for my family. It’s down the street from my office so I figured it would be convenient. I ended up paying $40 for a large pizza and 24 wings. Tourist trap area so I knew I’d pay more. I waited over 25 minutes for my food and I was on my way. Or so I thought. When I got home there were only 8 wings in the bag. I called to be put on hold then be told sorry come pick them up. I told them I live 20 minutes away and was told they’ll keep the wings warm for me. When I went back I was handed the missing wings, given a half assed sorry & sent on my way. Not once was I offered anything to make up for this. Even a coupon towards my next purchase would have been better than nothing. Yes I should’ve checked the bag before leaving but after waiting for as long as I did, the order should’ve been right. I would not recommend this place to anyone based off of my experience.

Not good. From the initial experience to the quality of the pizza. Delayed in the food (when they say 20 minutes plan on 45) and that is for pick-up. Employees bickering. I give this 2 stars because the crust is pretty good. Bland sauce and thinking if you add extra cheese does not make it a good pie. The reason they stay in business here is the location preying on trapped travelers in a hotel district.

Minus 5 Stars!!!! No stars at all!! The service was disgracefull, we were totally ignored!! And the pizza had NO FLAVOR… and was not worth the money!! It is a Tourist Trap— the server spent all his time at another table chatting about life with the another patron, seems they knew each other. We waited and waited for the bill after we told him to bring the bill. We asked another server for the bill.then another wait to pick up bill. We then decided to stand and walk to someone and pay…. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Terrible. Tasted 3 different flavors of pizza and all of them were not good. I went with 3 friends and one requested a 12″ size and they brought a 10″ one. Additionally they put the tip in the bill with our permision, if I do not realize about it they would have charge it without saying nothing. I gave then 2 stars cause they gave us wifi access.

Food was okay. Salad was a good size. My pizza was just a little cold in the center. It may have been from the vegetables on it. My waitress was a little clueless. I was eating alone but that didn’t mean I didn’t want a plate. I think the manager (owner?) saw what was happening because he brought a plate, red pepper, and was very attentive.
