Dunkin’ stores on Cape Cod were drive through only at the time of our visit, due to COVID. Service was fast and efficient.
Coffee just as good as you’d get at Starbucks.
Lost a star because, for some reason, what I considered to be extra, mostly unnecessary questions always seemed to arise about coffee orders. That said, they made no errors on orders, so I guess that might just be their way of trying to make sure they got things right. Given how amazingly picky some folks are about their morning coffee, it’s probably for the best, but it certainly confused this west coast patron the first couple of visits.

23 mins to make an iced macchiato that was ordered ahead. Which had to be remade 2 times. Both people on drinks looked clueless. The line was wrapped to the back of the store of ppl waiting for beverages. Will NEVER go back!!

Small, with no seating…but thet have the fresh yummy donuts that I have come to love and expect. Great coffee. Great donuts. Smaller selection and no extended menu like the bigger places but it has the benefit of fast and easy in and out with two entrances on two sides of the corner at the red light. They share the small building with a very small convenience store. There is a Speedway gas self- serve outside in front.

I would love to rate this Dunkin Donuts. Ghoury and her crew are wonderful. They are fast, friendly and great representatives of Dunkin Donuts. However, they are NOT the people in this picture! Why not? Who are these people? They are never here! This is terrible that you dont use the eclectic group who do you proud EVERDAY and that you dont SHOWCASE the real faces of the people in the store who make this store so popular to the world.

There was only 5 people in line and it took nearly 30 minutes to get 2 breakfast sandwiches. While waiting the two employees were rude to every customer and could be overheard saying “whatever”, “I don’t care”.

This was the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Drinks were coming out out of order of how people ordered them. They said they could not make any hot food and could only toast bagels. We waited forever for our food that was sitting forever before we were told it was done. Worst dunkin

Only two people making drinks totally unorganized. Making online.orders first so if.you got gas and went.in to get a coffee you waited for at least 20 minutes or more. Get some help. Not worth waiting for.coffee.
