This place is bright, clean and have great employees. Tried the Esquite and Mango Raspado. Everything tasted fresh and was super yummy. Pass by this place goong home every day. Will be visiting again soon and trying more flavors of EVERYTHING.

I’m kinda shocked after seeing all the negative reviews. I guess it was horrible back then… but tbh, as of today, February of 2023, their service is great! The place looks cute, clean and colorful. The employee that attended me was super sweet. She was a young thin nerdy latina with long black hair. all other employees seemed to be giving a good customer service as well. I ordered a natural
Green juice and it was filled to the top of the cup. I also ordered a vanilla raspado that was also filled to the top. I don’t get why there are so many bad reviews. Perhaps they had bad employees back then. But it’s all good now. The service was fast too. They definitely did their due diligence. And that’s just that on that. Period.

I went for my first time to this location, on a hot day. Just to be disappointed! I ordered 3 scoops and got what looked to be one. These scoops where small to say the least. I didn’t complaint but then when I was charged $5.75 for what looked like one scoop, I paid, and got on this review. Hopefully I can help someone avoid this bad experience. I understand that prices have gone up, but if you are going to charge more don’t give less. I have been to other La Michoacana locations, the prices are a bit cheaper, but the portions are much bigger.

I like this place n I enjoying the customer service but this is the second time I go n their chips are rancid. 1st time time it was the nachos. I ended up throwing them away and thought it was just me. Today I went back n their tostilocos chips were rancid and smelled bad not sure where the funky smell was coming from. I ended up throwing those away but after eating a few.My daughter also got some n their chips were fine. I tried calling them to let them know so they can keep an eye on it or to check their chips and no answer. I left a message letting them know as well. I don’t want my money back I just want them to check their stuff before giving them out. Hopefully I don’t get sick.
