Friendly staff and most of the time my order is correct. Went yesterday and my cheese curd container was barely half full…pretty disappointed! For the price of the menu items, I expect that I will receive a full size order. Maybe slow down a little to ensure quality control.
2 weeks later came back for a mini blizzard (for my kiddo) and a small blizzard for me. Threw receipt in my purse without looking but next day saw they charged me for a medium and small blizzard. Still need to work on the quality control.
I came in 9/2/2024 for a blizzard and the service from Eric Estrada was above and beyond. Very wonderful interaction!

Great. The food was hot and fresh, and they even brought it out to our table. The ice cream was of course good. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we got everything we needed. Just a very pleasant experience. We have no complaints!

Ordered a rocky road blizzard. The taste I got was like opening up a can of peanuts that has been sitting in your cupboard for 3 years, stale, horrific, and something that you just want to throw straight into the trash can. The consistency was also similar to a malt. You can definitely not turn a malt upside down and serve it to a customer.
I also ordered a pumpkin pie Blizzard, they definitely used chopped up graham cracker instead of real pumpkin pie crust. this place is a fraud, avoid at all cost…thank you have a nice day.
