The Halal Guys in Baltimore is conveniently located right in front of the aquarium. Having visited their original outlets in New York and New Jersey several times, this location felt familiar, though the ambiance was comparatively average. The staff were friendly, quick, and served us hot, fresh food.
I ordered the falafel over rice — everything was fresh, and their signature white sauce was delicious. A word of caution: their hot sauce is extremely spicy, so use it sparingly!
We enjoyed a peaceful meal with the family, and I have no complaints about the food. The tables were clean and well-maintained.
However, there’s no Wi-Fi available, and parking can be a challenge. I recommend using garage parking nearby.

Amazing Lunch at The Halal Guys!
I had a fantastic lunch at The Halal Guys. I ordered the chicken platter, chicken wings, and the baklava cheesecake, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and satisfying, and the desserts were the perfect sweet ending to the meal.
What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by Ahmed. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure my experience was enjoyable from start to finish.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for flavorful halal options with top-notch service! I’ll definitely be returning soon.

The place is clean, but the value is non-existent. For an $18 meal, I was strictly limited to a single, ketchup-sized hot sauce packet and told “no” when I asked for a second one. Beyond the stingy service, the food was a letdown: the gyro meat wasn’t freshly carved, but dried out from sitting in a warming pan for hours. The fries were underwhelming and undercooked. High prices should mean better service and fresher food. I won’t be back.

The food was bland and didnt have much flavor or spice. Tasted like spanish rice/chicken instead of halal food. Also didnt understand why the chicken didnt have the reddish color it normally has from other halal spots.

I placed an order online and requested a Ginger Ale. When picking up my order, it did not have my drink in it. Luckily, I noticed and asked. I was told they did not have that drink in stock. I ended up picking another beverage I didn’t even want. That’s fine and all, but there was no mention of this when picking up my order. If I did not check or had someone deliver, I wouldn’t have my paid beverage at all. I did not like that I had to ask about it and receive a confused response back. They looked like they didn’t know what to do and eventually pointed at their drink fridge. I didn’t need or was expecting an apology. I just wanted a direct response and not someone confused. I had to take the initiative to take another drink instead.

It’s great to have some more food options in downtown baltimore. Halal guys is great when you want to get a quick meal without having to wait much at a reasonable price. I tried the chicken platter, and it was pretty good and filling. There was not a lot of rush either as the service was quick. Seating options are available.

Halal Brothers is a great place to visit if you’re in Baltimore and looking for fresh halal food. The chicken platter is a must-try and has a unique taste. Although the hummus portion is small, the food is fresh and delicious. Just a suggestion management should consider to increase the quantity of the hummus. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit!

I’ve experienced poor service from this restaurant twice. The first time, they forgot to include the white and red sauce with my gyro, which was also dry. This time, I ordered two gyros and specifically called to remind them to include my sauces. However, when I received my order, there was only white sauce – no red sauce. I also paid $10.99 for a white sauce pouch (Catering) which they don’t included. When I called to complain, the lady was rude, shouting that they don’t sell it, despite charging me for it. When I asked about the red sauce, she hung up on me. Now, they’re not answering my calls and cutting my calls. Still they charge me for extra sauce and gyro disgusting service.

Horrible customer service they act like they don’t understand you when you speak to them they ran out of spicy chicken. They tried to make spicy chicken from a small amount of regular chicken that they had right next to the spicy chicken by adding water and sauce, I had already told them that I didn’t want that little bit of spicy chicken they had left. It wasn’t enough to complete my order, to try and add water and sauce to plan chicken to make spicy chicken in front of a customers face is very unprofessional very disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this location to nobody.i walked out with know food at all because all they had to do was make more.
