Absolutely wonderful experience. The food was delicious. Cocktails were top tier. Super friendly people work there. Overall 10/10. The Cajun Chicken Pasta was what I ordered and I loved it.

Food was good. For me, I would like to see my steak cooked a little longer, but still loved it. Only thing really was the water, didn’t taste good at all. Great drinks. I had the smoked old fashion at it was excellent.

I did my best to overcome the racist name of the place and give it a try. They had nice live music. I was seated at a tiny high table with uncomfortable chairs. It was Sunday Brunch and they only had one server working upstairs and downstairs and a bartender. There was an owner and a manager/host there but they didn’t do much but talk to each other. It took over 20 minutes and me finally flagging down the bartender to get the server to take my order. My drink was served about 10 minutes later and my food about another 10 minutes after that. The server never checked on me again. Not for a refill or anything. I had to bother the bartender to get my ticket to pay. The owner stood by the bar the entire time I was there just watching. Not helping or interacting with customers. I don’t know. The food was good but I think there are plenty of places in town with the same menu and better service and atmosphere.

This place was awesome. We started off with shrimp and lobster bisque for apps and both were really good. My daughter and I had the atchafalaya and my wife had the scallops, both were phenomenal. Service was excellent as well. Will definitely be coming back.

Took my wife to CC for 1st time last night. Really disappointed! Slow service, even appetizer , “kitchen backed up”. She had catfish and hush puppies. Fish had really strong taste(she ante half piece) and hush puppies still liquified in middle. They were way too large to not have been. I had way over cooked steakhouse burger(I ate half). Waiter comped 25$ off 90$ + total. Atmosphere is nice, she enjoyed their touted Old Fashioned. Didn’t stay for music but sounded good from up top.

This is a wonderful establishment. The bartenders were great talkers and attentive. My phone had died and I had no charger but the owners ended up helping me out by paying for my Uber home. It was super sweet of her to offer that to a stranger. Legend

Came here for Valentine’s Day and the Atchafalaya and Blackened Scallops were amazing! And the strawberry cheesecake was the icing on the cake! Great service and such a nice atmosphere! Will definitely be back to try their regular menu!

Very Disappointing!
This place has a high-end menu but the food doesn’t match the prices. The fried green tomato appetizer was delicious ($15). The filet mignon was $55 and both of our steaks were overcooked and mine came out mangled after I assume they cut into it to check the temperature. Not the sign of a good steak house. All that and two cocktails ($18.75 for a margarita and $15 for a martini plus $8 alcohol tax) left or tan at almost $200 for 2 people.
The atmosphere was fine, although the tables are close together. The main issue is the tables are right near the front door so you get a cold breeze with every new customer.
The service was also not great. Getting our drinks took a long time and at one point after watching our server texting on her phone at the bar, as we were out of water, I just walked to the bar and asked for water from the bartender.

I had the 8 oz filet on NYE and it was absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly and so tender. Steak Friet was also very tasty. We will be back to try brunch soon!
