excellent service very polite employees very fast. I honestly was probably in there for like five minutes and my coffee and hashbrowns or already done and surprisingly hashbrowns were very crunchy. Coffee is great. Overall service is good. Here you can lounge outside for fresh air or eat inside. Very quiet location. 08/29/23 Extension to the review. went in today to get ice latte I walk in today very quiet very airy they must have the AC on at the moment feels amazing the staff very polite I like how I see the tip jar at the pick up. I had suggested it to be there and it’s good to see that it’s been filled. I believe the employee that is serving. The takeout should be tipped as well. They work as hard as the cashier overall good location enjoy coming here in time to time, I come here to actually have a little peace and quiet when I order my food or drink I only have two spots where I can do this comfortably where I don’t need to wait in line come in here. I never wait in line longer than I need to so I like coming here.

I have often come in and out of this dunkin location. I went in before an appointment and order an ice coffee and grilled cheese. They seemed to be short staffed and the drink order was made quickly. Over 10 minutes, and I understand it was during lunch rush, I went to the cashier and just asked for a refund for the sandwich as I was running late. Instead she told me she would make it for me then. Which set me back additionally time wise. I love dunks, I’ve never had issues here before, but I was dissatisfied with my visit on this occasion.

This particular location has gone downhill as of late. Now they don’t even stay open. Sign on door says they close at 2:00pm now, and I’ve been there several days in a row now before 2pm and the door has already been locked, lights turned off, and place looks deserted. Will no longer be giving my business to this location after countless food/drink errors, poor service and their new “close’s at 2 but not actually open until 2” deal. Will go back to giving my business to Starbucks instead.

Asked for 2 croissants, toasted with butter. First I was only given one which is fine cause I checked it prior to leaving. Then I was given frozen butter packets and no butter on croissants. When I asked to have them buttered the woman sighed and then put my croissant to the side and ignored it for 10 minutes and by the time she got around to making it I had to eat on the go cause my lunch was over. Usually don’t have a problem but lately this dunks has been a problem. Very displeased.

I ordered a decaf latte with almond milk and no sugar. The order was written down on a slip of paper, plus the server was asked before taking it if it was decaf. It tasted delicious but it was high test and I ended up getting 4 hours sleep last night because I’m hyper sensitive to caffeine. I will never go back there again because I can’t trust the staff or their training.

I ordered a crossiant stuffer & due to my muffled voice under a face mask Mario misheard my order but was pleasant. Kylie corrected the mixup immediately & despite no need too, she threw in a few munchkins for the inconvenience. She was very nice & should be recognized for it!

The staff and service is good for the most part. I’ve been going here between 7:15 AM and 8:15 AM for the past month or so and you always move through the line quickly and the staff is courteous. Amusingly enough it is the manager that has the most attitude.
