First time there, I only wanted a “Beef Bowl” i.e. beef and white rice with some gravy. No Got. Ordered the “Beef and Vegetables”. OK, except the beef…low quality, too much gristle, too much left over after extensive mastication (chewing).
I recommend for the beef and vegetables a slightly higher quality beef. The cost will be repaid in happier consumers “and many more return customers”.
Otherwise the setup of China Ming is adequate.
