Food was awesome!! Not many people inside! The service was okay but wish they greet you welcome or hello . They just said what you want to order? They weren’t that nice I thought, wish they were more friendly. They just all hide in the back of the kitchen! Didn’t see anyone checking on people eating , saying how’s the food or how’s everything! The food was great! We enjoyed that and love it! But don’t mind coming back again next time because the food was awesome!

So today I went this afternoon around 12:30pm. I ordered a flauta with beef plate with beans and rice and I was very disappointed that the flauta does came out kind of cold. The rice tasted a little burnt and old today and the food was serve sloppy looking you can definitely tell by the photo I took today was very disappointed. I think it was ever cooking there need to improve under skills and put some more flavor into the rice and beans they taste too plain. Take a look at the last photo.

Another day here at this Taco Shop and its delicious. I just had the taco plate which game with three tacos beans and rice in a drink for under $10. Wow that’s ridiculous value for your meal not to mention how delicious it is.
I also added 2 more tacos on top of my order. I drove here from Farmington just for these tacos. They have the best prices in the best tasting tacos around. Dont go any where else.
So I decided to try this Taco Shop over here in Bloomfield New Mexico. And let me tell you this Taco Shop was so delicious I’m coming back tomorrow again. The beans and rice here oh my gosh so delicious homemade rice fluffy just the way like your mom would make them. So the tacos that I ordered was asada in trips. The tripas was crunchy and soft at the same time with a little fat on them. Here are a couple pictures of the food I ordered and the menu. You might think the price is a little high but it’s worth it. The only downside was that I wish they had an order with three tacos and beans and rice instead of two tacos.

Absolutely horrible service. The manager is consistently rude, and the lady at the front regularly messes up orders, then expects customers to pay again for the correct item.
I ordered a burrito, and they charged me for it but gave me the wrong one. When I called to let them know about the mistake, both the front employee and the manager told me I would have to pay for a new one — even after I explained that I was willing to bring the incorrect order back. The manager was no help at all and handled the situation in a very unprofessional manner.
They also refused to provide the owner’s name or contact information when asked.

Bloomfield has been waiting for quite a while for this place to open. Very friendly service and a clean spacious dining room. They do have a drive thru. They have a wide menu. I really appreciated that not everything is super spicy. That way the whole family can enjoy it. Highly recommend the carne asada fries and the rolled tacos. Be aware that the currently posted number is actually to the original shop in Pagosa Springs, CO. No phone yet at the Bloomfield location.

We were excited to try the tacos here, and unfortunately the food was terrible. The quality of the meat was subpar. The red sauce tasted like tomato sauce. The cheese in the enchiladas wasn’t melted at all. The pico had no flavor at all. And there was no ice in the coke machine. We won’t be back.

Holy moly you guys this is the most amazing food I have ever eaten. I am absolutely obsessed with this place. I can’t stop talking about it. The chips alone taste like they ground their own corn to make tortillas and then freshly fried them to order, I can’t even explain how a chip could be so perfect, until you try this chip. We ordered a $40 / 20 taco platter with beans and rice, a bunch of different sauces , fresh & chips salsa……..we can’t breath, but we’re so happy we tried it. Try the chicken tacos! It’s a hard corn shell, juicy chicken in a red sauce, lettuce, cheese. It’s SO good. Have enjoyed the taco boxes as a go to quick family meal! We love the authentic Mexican food we haven’t found outside of California since moving to NM

If you’re visiting through trucking or family or anything you do in the land of enchantment, do not visit this place. It is better as dog food than a restaurant. Beans are horrible they feel like chemicals in your mouth while you eat them trying to wonder if it was the cook or the can it came out of. The only redeeming quality it has is they don’t mess up the meat, but even then that’s a bare minimum. I hope for anyone reading this review you go out to a better place that cares, that’s all that matters with Mexican food.

This place deserves 5 stars for the prices alone. The food itself was delicious and came out impressively fast. Seasoned well, generous portions of meat, and not too greasy. I would definitely come here again.
