Walked in and asked the lady for a recommendation. Her choice was the roast beef. It was perfect. Right ratios of everything. I wish they would open a store in New Mexico! Very pleasant people.

I’m very disappointed in the way this place changed. I’ve been a customer since they were named Whole Deli, which I knew from Glastonbury location were always amazing and I would get the same order every time. Chicken salad on a panini warmed (I accept the risks) with bacon. Well I think it’s been 3-4 times now when I’d get it and it was cold but I never even went back to say anything and just ate it. This time was different as I literally spat it out when I tried it. It was ice cold, these cheese looked like it was just put in there from the fridge and the bacon was cold, the panini was hard like a chip. I called and had to explain 3 times what happened. I ended up going to drop off the sandwich since I did not want them to think I was trying anything, I was starving and if anything annoyed that I had to get food elsewhere using up more of my break. They sandwich they remade was a bit more edible but the panini was still hard idk if they were just stale but I did end up throwing it in the garbage and went to subway. I mean, it’s a simple request. They just lost me as a customer because I wouldn’t even take the chance again. $13 for ice cold sandwich is ridiculous.

The sandwiches were okey, very thin not a whole lot of ingredients but just okay. The service was good, had to be since the sandwiches were thin. They are about $15 dollars each and grab some chips cause you’ll be hungry still. The worst part about it is if you get your sandwich to go They charge for the foil/wrap $1.00. I understand times are rough but that’s crap. It’s that kind of stuff that turns people off to small businesses.

Sandwich was overpriced and not very good, I paid $20 for a tuna wrap, chips and a can of soda. The ingredients tasted like they were starting to go bad….also the place looks pretty dumpy inside

Great deli-style lunch, reasonable price, and friendly staff. Just off Rt 91, this is a convenient stop for anyone traveling through (as I was), but also seems like a great place to become a “regular.” I had a delicious chicken fajita panini, and I look forward to trying some of the other signature sandwiches, both hot and cold, next time I’m in town.

Got lunch here for the first time, loved it! I don’t review often but their sandwiches are so fresh and really good. The staff are so friendly, and the service is quick. A must-visit for a tasty meal while on the road!

$6 for nothing… They made a big deal giving food to a paid customer. We will not be back.

Food was good. Bread and meat both very fresh. Service was good very friendly. Place was dark , it needs to be painted a bright color. Also could of just been at end of day but felt it needed to be cleaned up. Maybe it was just that it was so dark. Black ceiling not a good idea

I would have sent you a private review but you have no link to connect.
However, very disappointed in my sandwich today
$16 for approximately a 7″ very thin Philly Cheesesteak.
(Ridiculous)
Minimal steak provided and you up charged for Lettuce and tomato.
No other sandwich Shop in the area up charges for those add ons!
You should take a trip down to Mojo’s on Day Hill Road and see what products they provide for the prices they are charging.
Very disappointed – Just sayin
