An absolute gem! Paddle is a local staple with some amazing drink combinations. There are beautiful views of both the lake and the sunset. You can sit inside but the star of the show is definitely the patio. While Paddle does not have an actual kitchen, there is a food truck on the premises. The food is fantastic specializing in burgers and fried wraps.

Beer was very good and great price. Two beers were 11$!
The music was very appropriate for that tiki type of a bar. It has really good view on a sunset. I would highly recommend to anyone that likes this kind of vibes.

Amazing place located in downtown Sandusky that is a must stop for any age! The employees are always just amazing and helpful in any way. They offer climbing for an amazing price that is fun for all age groups. This is going to be my kids new favorite place to go with their friends. It’s so nice to have a fun inside activity for rainy days that will wear the kids out! They have off street parking available and restrooms inside. Very clean store that also offers merchandise and kayaks/kayaking. I’m stoked about trying their kayaking rentals once the weather breaks, what a perfect date night! Perfect place for those that love activity and trying new things, or those who are old pro’s at the paddle and climbing thing! Highly recommend!

This place services up great cocktails and has a descent wide beer selection. Services was nice and friendly. And the customers that were coming in was also friendly for a small hole in the wall tiki bar I recommend giving this place a try. It is also doggy friendly ❤️ I also recommend getting the orange squeeze as a drink so delicious

Happened to find this gem based on ratings, killing some time between lunch and checking in at our hotel for a Cedar Point visit. And so glad we did! Chad (owner/bartender) was super friendly and serving up amazing drinks (and a fun Colorado connection), and all of the local patrons were super cool and friendly as well. Had me wishing we’d be in the area more often, and we’re definitely missing the Cheers vibes Paddle Bar had already. Absolutely on the list to return to if we make it back to Sandusky!

Great solace after a long day at Cedar Point. Excellent vibes and amazing service. Their drinks are absolutely delicious. The fresh squeezed cocktails and frozen drinks made me feel a lot better after missing the ferry… definitely come here if you’re in Sandusky 🙂

Stopped by paddle bar on a Saturday before sunset. The place was clean, comfortable, & the bartenders (owners) wee nice. We had 2 draft beers & 2 virgin squeezes. If you have been to Ocean City Maryland, you will recognize the citrus presses for the squeezes (or crushes)! Place was great. Good truck outside. Great vibe.

This bar was fantastic! The drinks were so tasty. I tried a an orange creamsicle drink and a mimosa and my fiancé got a frozen margarita. They were very good. There was a food truck outside and live music when we went, both were great. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The bartenders were all so nice as well. Also was very close to the lake. I highly recommend going here.
