First time at this location. Ordered here while traveling and had a great experience. My food wasn’t ready when I went in but an employee greeted me right away and finished my bowls. Delicious, as always!

I had an amazing experience at Sweetgreen, and I really want to shout out Johany. She was so kind, professional, and welcoming, and made sure everything about my order was perfect. Her positive energy honestly made my whole visit better
The food was fresh, the service was fast, and having someone like Johany on the team really makes a difference. Thank you, Johany, for the great service I’ll definitely be back!

Picked up a Chicken Ceaser Salad from Sweet Greens. Fresh lime juice and dressing were added, preceding the salad being tossed, and bread was served with the meal. The salad tasted good. I split the salad with someone else, we ordered it as carry-out. The business was in a shopping area with businesses like Anthropologie and Lululemon. There was an outdoor seating area that was not directly attached to Sweet Greens. The food looked fresh.

If this isn’t false portion advertising then I don’t know what is. To add even more insult to injury, this is actually what “double meat and double sweet potatoes” looks like for this order.

Not sure what changed in the past few months but this place has turned absolutely horrendous.

Please avoid this sweet green so that it doesn’t tarnish your entire opinion of the franchise as a whole.

I have ordered from Sweetgreen many times and love it, but the last two times I have ordered, they have not gotten our order correct. On the last order, just one topping was missing. However, on my most recent order, they missed 3 of my 5 toppings on a create your own. There seems to be less attention to precision more recently unfortunately.

Bright, not cozy so it’s not exactly the place for a cozy gathering on a cold winter day – but you can get a group as high as 10 comfortably around one of the two front tables near the windows.
The food is outstanding, especially for the price. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of very healthy choices with calories included.

I was eating here consistently once a week. They gave me yellow and brown kale today. I’m wondering if staff knows anything about what they’re serving because, that clearly means it’s bad. They also got rid of their focaccia from Zingerman’s and whatever focaccia they have now tastes like paper – not worth even spending the money on. Very sad. This place used to be great.

The service quality at the Washtenaw Sweetgreen has declined substantially over the past year. It’s no longer friendly and accurate. Now it’s indifferent and careless. My order is frequently incorrect. I try to order online so as to avoid interaction with the store’s staff. On my last visit the store was totally out of stock on both water cups and plastic knives. When I asked a staff member for them his response was merely “we’re out of both.” No apologies. My frequency of visiting Sweetgreen has declined considerably.

I read in WSJ that the Sweetgreen chain is suffering financially. It’s easy to see why this is the case. I have no doubt that this review will get one of the same prewritten responses that the store’s manager is sending out.

Picked up a mobile order and the staff was acting very strange, maybe high. Come home to find uncooked meat (pictured) in one bowl and foul tasting chicken with a very horrible texture in the other. Totally disgusted. We ordered at the end of the night and it seems like they cut a lot of corners and didn’t even cook the meat fully/gave us scrap pieces.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the new Sweetgreen location in the Arbor Hills shopping plaza, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! This salad shop brings a fresh and invigorating experience to the area, combining an outdoor eating area with a commitment to local farmers and sourcing ingredients.

The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a vibrant atmosphere that exuded a sense of warmth and creativity. The outdoor eating area was a breath of fresh air, providing a relaxing ambiance that made my dining experience all the more enjoyable.

Sweetgreen’s dedication to sourcing local ingredients shines through in every dish. Their menu boasts an impressive selection of fresh, flavorful, made-from-scratch bowls, plates, sides, and more. It’s evident that each ingredient is carefully chosen and thoughtfully prepared. The result is a culinary journey that highlights the true essence of locally sourced goodness.

What truly sets Sweetgreen apart is their commitment to prepping ingredients from scratch each day. This dedication to freshness and quality is evident in every bite. From the crispness of the greens to the vibrant flavors that burst with every mouthful, each dish is a testament to their unwavering passion for delivering exceptional food.

Not only is Sweetgreen a haven for salad enthusiasts, but they also cater to a variety of dietary preferences and restrictions. Their menu offers a wide range of options, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re a devoted carnivore or a dedicated vegan, Sweetgreen has you covered.

The friendly and knowledgeable staff and Maddie who was helping me at Sweetgreen further elevated the dining experience. They are always ready to provide recommendations, answer questions, and make your visit a memorable one. Their passion for the food they serve is infectious, and it’s clear they genuinely care about delivering an outstanding experience to their customers.

If you’re in the Arbor Hills area and crave a fresh and fulfilling meal, I wholeheartedly recommend Sweetgreen. With their dedication to locally sourced ingredients, made-from-scratch preparations, and an inviting outdoor eating area, Sweetgreen is a true gem in the salad scene. Go ahead and treat your taste buds to an unforgettable experience!
