Of all the fast food chains out there this is one of the healthier options. They create your sandwich right before your eyes. From the type of bread to the selections of meats. You pick the eating experience you want. There is a wide assortment of veggie options too. All at a fair price. You gotta try the Sweet Onion Chicken…toasted. 03.04.22 The other day I clipped a coupon for buy a sub get one free…I like free. So walking down the boulevard I spotted a Subway and walked in. There was a small line but one of the crew greeted me immediately. The place was clean and well staffed. They took my order and even suggested add-ons like chips. The food was fresh and delicious.

Today we placed an online order, but the employee named Erik cancelled it without my consent. He told me we should “only order directly from this store.” Instead of helping, he quietly cancelled my order and claimed he “didn’t receive a notification,” even though I had a confirmation.
Even worse, during the same visit I saw this employee eating directly from the main food trays that are meant for customers. He was putting food into his mouth with his bare hands.
This is extremely unprofessional, unsanitary, and unacceptable for any food business. Management should address this immediately.

The guys here are cool but the manager/owner prepared a tuna sandwich but didnt even put enough tuna. It literally sunk into the bread and disappeared because he smeared it on so thin. Ive been here before and the guys have been nice but their boss sucks.

I’ve order here for a really long time. But today’s order was different than usual. They messed up and tried to blame it on “new regulations” even though I had ordered the same thing the previous day. My usual foot long that I PAID FOR got turned into a six inch? It does matter how you explain it, ordering a foot long flat bread does not turn into 6 inch flatbread.

I’m posting this review for someone else that I know: he visited this particular Subway about four years ago; he conveyed to me that when his sandwich was being made, the employee was taking pieces of meat out of the sandwich, which was done about two or three times in total. Later on, while he was eating, he asked the employee why they had done that, the employee’s response was (paraphrase): “The owner makes all the employees remove as much meat as they can.” Suffice to say, he distrusted the owner for that and has not gone back to this particular Subway since. In conclusion, even though him and me appreciate the employee’s honesty, if it’s still owned by the same individual, please avoid.

Horrible experience! Was there around 2:20 pm this afternoon, and no other customers were there so I thought that I would get my food and leave quickly. No such luck! I waited for about 20 minutes while one of the employees was fiddling around with the register. I thought that he was the manager however I found out later that he was not the manager. He ignored me when I asked to get my order placed. There was no one else behind the counter at all. I had enough and finally left the restaurant and promised myself that I would never visit another Subway again however I decided to come back and when I did, this time there was young woman with brown hair at the register with the same guy that had been fiddling around with the register before. No name tags on either one of the employees and when I asked their names they refused to give it to me and when I asked to speak with the manager they told me that he was not there, as usual and I asked them his name and once again they would not tell me his name. I said that something is always going on at this Subway all of the time and the guy that had been fiddling around with the register said that he has never seen me before. I have been in there numerous times and he knows it and I have my receipts plus my card to prove it and I told them as much too. Needless to say when I went back into the store to complain there was only one male customer in the restaurant and he already had his food. I am like how in the world did that happen since I had just left the restaurant and just walked across the street and came right back. That had to be the fastest order in history. Maybe if I had been a male than I would have been treated a lot better. A lot of discrimination is going on around this Subway.

Subway sandwiches are made to order and tasty. I always put avocado on my sandwich (turkey, ham, cheese) and fill it up with fresh vegetables. Their prices have climbed upward; however, I go a couple times a month.
