Ordered through uber eats here, and when I got my beef baked potato it was missing sour cream and bacon bits, no fork, napkin or sauce either. Came in a few weeks later thinking maybe it was just the night shift crew that was iffy, but it just felt unprofessional overall, the majority of the kitchen crew staff were a bunch of cussing teenagers who werent paying attention to their orders. Still, I went in person a few weeks after and the food was actually a good portion and the bun for the sandwich wasnt stale which I’ve had in the past. On a positive note, their food portions are quite good for the price, especially their drink sizes, just be weary about online ordering, and maybe have your teen staff learn some customer service skills and be friendlier. Ricks used to be great 2-3 years ago but somethings have changed a bit I guess. Hope to see improvements in quality control, as your food is filling and delicious!

The food would be better if the workers spent more time on the quality of the actual potato instead of in each other people faces. The potato wasn’t even warm. It was cold and hard. The chicken tenders are always great. This place used to be good when the woman who owned it was here more often. But oh well.

I received poor service today. I ordered a BBQ plate and a BBQ potato at the drive through. Made it 5 minutes down church street and realized there was no potato. I returned to the store to get the rest of my order. I was met with very unprofessional kids. Swearing and talking about me while I was standing there. I requested a partial refund since I now had to wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes and the other meal I ordered was cold. I was quickly told no with no explanation. I was told I could get a refund for the potato or I could eat the potato. Considering I had just worked 10 hours at the hospital and this was my dinner, I wanted the potato. The only pleasant worker was the young man that took my order. The remaining staff were unprofessional and rude. Made no effort to make it right. We will not be returning and I will be telling everyone i know not to eat there.

We just paid 28.00 for 3 loaded potatoes that were still hard and practically raw inside. Im now at work with a raw potato! I called and pretty much was told to bring it back to have it replaced with the receiptin my mothers car headed back to Chapel Hill. Im on a 12 hour shift! Thanks but no thanks for nothing….

Wish I could give this place zero stars!! The new owners have turned this place into a nightmare! 32 minutes for a combo is what I had to wait in line. Then got home and my order was completely wrong!! How do you mess up a BBQ order? Tell me please? It’s the simplest food to serve!!!! Will never return!!

The quality of the food on the weekend is very poor. Go thru the week if you want decent food, just left from getting potatoe and it was hard and dry and so was the chicken. I couldn’t finish it and just threw it away.

Always love the wings, the last couple times the wings are so dry you can’t even eat. Usually the meat falls off the bone. You can see that they are dry and I’m guessing the kids putting them in the box doesn’t care. Second time I’ve had a Togo order and didn’t get any sauces that was requested when ordered. Step it up

The only food that was good was the barbecue. The buns were dry and hard, the slaw seemed like it didn’t have anything else in it except cabbage, the beans were just heated pork and beans. The only drinks we had to choose from was 3 kinds of tea, and we don’t drink tea. If we go back it will be for the barbecue only. I’ll supply everything else.

Visiting from Atlanta, I stopped here and got the ribs and the baked potato salad. Lots of great smoke on the meat, and that barbecue sauce at the table was superb!
Potato salad was wonderful too, I was happy to have a potato salad option that didn’t have mustard, although I think that was on the menu as well.
Kudos also on the friendliness of the staff!
I would definitely come back here again within the 4 days that we will be staying in Murfreesboro .

Just picked dinner up from here and it was awful ! On top of being burnt I asked for no sour cream and of course they loaded it down with it anyways ! DO NOT EAT HERE ! I don’t ever leave review but I had to for this . I called to tell them and they acted like I wasn’t telling the truth and wanted me to drive it all the way back to have it fixed I live 25 minute away from ricks on warrior Dr ! Ver disappointed 0 stars !!
