Customer service is always low here.
Seems like they’re doing something wrong with the chocolate sauce or are just being stingy about it. The ice cream cone I got was falling apart already and barely covered w chocolate. I asked for another and I was told “well the ice cream isn’t set. It’s early in the day so it’s going to be soft ice cream” sounds lazy and like someone needs to show up 10 minutes before opening

This Dairy Queen says they close at 10 pm. I came through the drive through, at 9:54. 1/29. Open sign still lit up in the window as well. I was told over the speaker, “we close at 9:30” … just say you’re lazy. Who ever is managing and closing the store, the store closes at 10. Closing duties come after 10. Stop refusing customers and lying so you can start closing duties and go home sooner. It’s ridiculous. Stay true to the closing time on your business schedule or change it. I’m so tired of lazy closing staff deciding they can close a store whenever they feel like it and inconvenience customers. The owners need to fire this staff. SMH

We’ve been customers of this DQ for over 5 years, and the service at this particular location has been the worst of any Dairy Queen we’ve been to. I shared my experience with 5 or 6 of my neighbors and we all agreed it is unacceptable. Employees aren’t responsible and don’t seem to care about customers, and it shows in most visits.

If you are the owner: You may want to get in contact with one of us — I would welcome discuss this and I’m sure we would all be happy see improvements to our local DQ.

Overpriced and disappointing. I ordered chicken tenders for myself and my kids, spending $48 on three meals and two ice cream blizzards. The chicken tenders were dry and tasted old. The chocolate blizzard was awful, and when I asked to exchange it for something else, the staff acted as if they didn’t understand English. The employee refused to swap it out. My son ended up throwing his meal away. I won’t be coming back—total waste of money.

Their chocolate dipping sauce for their ice cream seems to have been diluted the last five times that I’ve gone. It doesn’t even cover and create a good Chocolate crust. The standards are really getting low.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Everyone had such a sweet and upbeat personality. They truly worked hard and did everything they could to work as a team and be nice to every single customer. They treated me with the upmost respect and kindness, when they did not have to at all. I did not get a chance to try their food. However, it looked great! The inside was spotless and the kitchen was so clean and organized. If you want a Dairy Queen that is clean and has positive people. I recommend here! <3

RUDE! i ordered a medium ice cream cone. they tried to hand me a melted cone that was lopsided, falling off the cone & looked like it sat for 5 minutes before i got to the window. Not to mention it was cuffed in the workers hands , no gloves, no napkin as a barrier. i asked the guy to remake it , he huffed & rolled his eyes. i politely pulled off . First & last time at this location.

Just left DQ ordered a 4 count chicken strip basket w/ranch I got no toast a million tiny chicken bites that are to hard to even eat scratches your throat trying to swallow hard crunch when biting down you can clearly tell they gave me old food, not even a handful of old nasty looking fries. It’s gross. Paid my hard earned money for something I can’t even eat. Also the girl at the drive thru window had a nasty attitude and was playing on her phone!

i don’t normally review places to eat , because i’m just always on the run. but this place gave me the vibes of Chick-fil-A. great service and the food is hot. in todays fast food , it’s hard to find good service and hot food. these guys do both and it made me have to have you guys know. 5 stars all the way . also the place is clean , stocked up and bathrooms are always top notch .
