My first time having Silvano’s tonight. Ordered on the app and it was done as soon as I walked in. The lady in the back was super awesome! I ordered large sausage and green pepper and extra sauce. I’m really blown away how great it is. Nice thin crust, a really great sauce and the toppings and cheese were fantastic! My only wish is I had come here sooner. The breaded mushrooms and breaded zucchini were also great. Fantastic thin crust tavern style pizza cooked perfectly.. Definitely would order again.

I normally don’t put reviews for bad experiences but I am going to for this one. I ordered 1 large half pepperoni/ jalapeño pizza at 7:00 at night and received it at 8:30. Not only did it almost take 2 hours to be delivered but it was completely wrong. The pizza had, green peppers, sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms on it. The order was also place online and clear as day said just “pepperoni and jalapeños”. Silvanos please do better because I just wasted $40. Thank you.

Taste is the only redeeming quality.
More often than not they are late with orders. They have yet to cook crust crispier when requested. I’ve been forgotten about several times when left on hold. These are issues, among many others, people have had in the not so recent past and I see no signs of them changing. Again, only reason I keep ordering is the taste. They may reply with a desire to improve processes, but I wouldn’t hold your breath.

I’ve ordered carry out deep dish pizza here twice in the past month and it was fantastic. Great crust and plenty of cheese. The service was excellent. They called and let me know 10 minutes in advance to pick-up my order.

Ordered a medium one topping. Asked for extra cheese and well done. It was not cooked any longer than normal. Crust is too doughy. Sauce is really sweet (should be advertised as a sweeter sauce for those who don’t like that). Ingredients tasted bland and frozen. You’re better off getting a pie from Casey’s gas station.

First I’d like to start with saying I don’t eat cheeseburgers I ordered a hamburger everything no ketchup lady called me back to double-check that I wanted everything and I’ll catch up and I answered yes what I got was a cheeseburger with no lettuce no onions this mustard pickles and of course something I didn’t want cheese maybe a smidgen of mayo, my friend ordered Alfredo and fried chicken she said Alfredo was crunchy and chicken tasted dry overcooked and old in the Alfredo, and chicken wings were fried to perfection not a drop of salt or pepper needless to stay probably won’t return maybe try the pizza…I gave it three stars because it was edible, also fries and burger was cold.

Yes, given the area, Silvano’s is “good” but (to me) they’re not worth the irritation/annoyance that comes with placing an order for delivery from them. Not long ago, when my parents placed an order for delivery from Silvano’s for themselves and me, it took THREE TIMES for them to get my calzone correct (I asked for a calzone with pepperoncini, black olives and NO CHEESE).
Tonight after placing an order through the “Slice” app (that they’re affiliated with), I was given a delivery time of 8:40pm…when I called at 8:59pm to ask of the status of my delivery, they were “pretty sure” my order was out with their driver and would be delivered to me soon…
I really wanted to like Silvano’s and support a small business but it’s seems like, as of late, their employees have gotten not only lazy and careless, but also seem unconcerned/unbothered by consumer complaints.

This place had good reviews, so we gave it a shot. It went awful. We were basically ignored through the meal. Which if it was good, would be just a star off. But no, it was icky. They used bacon bits on the pizza and the sauce had an odd after taste. The pizza had very little actual taste to it. The onion rings were cold and over done. Our appetizers came late, obviously sat waiting, with the pizza. It was heavy and gave us both stomach aches.
